Staff is friendly and attentive The hotel itself looks very 70-ish, but is clean and comfortable. The room is large with a nice balcony from which one can see the sunset and the conntry side (the hotel is on higher ground). Breakfast is excellent, with all kinds of baked goods, juices, yogurt, ham and cold cuts, cheeses, cakes, pastries, and the staff will make hot food to order (E.G. omlette or crepes).

Clean modern hotel with a pleasant pool terrace with views down to the Adriatic coast. Ideal location for visiting the Romanesque Cathedrals of the Terra di Bari. Helpful reception staff. Service was a little slow in the restaurant. Breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel staff, the services facilties, the rooms, the cleanliness and comfort. Also the Spa and the furnishing of the hotel in general. It was worth the visit and stay. We really enjoyed it. The music is the only thing that I did not like and I told them about it and they changed it.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. All the group (12) enjoyed an excellent dinner, very good food and reasonably priced. the breakfast was rather poor .

Non e la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questo albergo, e sempre stato all'altezza delle 4 stelle sotto tutti gli aspetti. Il personale sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni bisogno del cliente per farlo sentire a proprio agio, in particolare La signora Paola della reception si e molto impegnata nei nostri confronti per rendere la nostra breve vacanza soddisfacente. E stato tutto eccellente.

La struttura e' nuovissima e lussuosa e lo staff gentile e disponibile. Ci è stata assegnata una camera bellissima con un bagno di design meraviglioso. E' disponibile un parcheggio comodissimo e gratuito e la zona piscina è molto confortevole. La vera sorpresa è stata trovare al nostro rientro, dopo cena ,tre piatti di frutta fresca accompagnati da bicchieri di prosecco! La colazione varia e di qualità. Un hotel da consigliare vivamente!

Ruime kamer, strak ingericht. Ruim bad, leuk zwembad met heerlijke ligstoelen. Goed ontbijt. Leuk ontvangst in de kamer met fruit en wijn. Ruvo is een leuk stadje. Op makkelijke afstand van het vliegveld van Bari. Zwembad sluit om 18:00

prachtig gelegen in rustige omgeving met zicht tot aan de 15 km verder gelegen zee. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en attent voor hun klanten. Zeer degelijk ontbijt,comfortabel kamer, goede airco en grote ondergrondse garage voor auto en fietsen. Info zoals plattegrond van 't stadje en kaartje van omgeving niet beschikbaar bij receptie en TV zenders zouden iets internationaler mogen zijn.

Personale molto efficiente. Senza richiesta da parte nostra il receptionist si e' impegnato a recuperare le nostre patenti di guida dimenticate presso il precedente hotel e ad ottenerne in tempi brevi fotocopia via fax per consentirci di circolare con piu' serentita' Ottime le stanze e le parti comuni. Onore alla cucina.

Camere perfette, staff gentilissimo , ottima base per visitare Castel del Monte, Trani e dintorni,in macchina. Piscina e ottima spa. Animali benvenuti. Buonissima colazione. Bravi! Il percorso spa (bagno turco etc.) è a pagamento; dovrebbe essere incluso per gli ospiti dell'albergo.

prima kamer, mooi zwembad, aardig personeel, goede locatie (dichtbij leuk plaatsje) alles picobello in orde. Hotel ligt op een half uurtje rijden van vliegveld Bari, goed eerste/laatste overnachtingsadres! veel gasten, die voor zakelijke doeleinden op reis zijn, maken gebruik van dit hotel. Relatief weinig "gewone" toeristen.

La atención del personal, limpieza, confort habitación, tranquilidad, instalaciones excelentes. Necesario ir con coche. Ubicado en una zona adecuada para recorrer la región de Puglia. El desayuno buffet esta bien, pero para un 4 estrellas mucha gente lo encontrará poco variado, sobre todo en fruta, tartas, bollería, fiambres. Eso si, es suficiente y cuantioso. Queda un poco alejado si lo que se quiere es playa de arena.

Hôtel formidable: la direction nous a installés dans la plus grande chambre de l'hôtel, chambre immense et luxueuse, salle de bain avec baignoire immense, grand écran de télévison hd, deux grandes portes fenêtres, et la direction nous a offert et apporté dans notre chambre,vers 17h30, deux verres de "Champagne" pour accompagner deux très belles assiettes de fruits (melon, kiwi, ananas). Garage en sous- sol gardé, avec beaucoup d'espace. Très bon restaurant dans l'hôtel. Le personnel parle parfaitement le Français, très professionnel, très courtois. Et le concierge nous a indiqué le chemin le plus rapide pour aller à l'aéroport, chemin inconnu des touristes. Bref, un séjour de rêve.

Heerlijk gegeten en goed verzorgd.Bovendien goed geadviseerd met betrekking tot restaurant nabij het hotel. Om te onthouden: restaurant u'P.E.P.P.I.D.E. Wel even reserveren.
