Design was fabulous, everywhere we looked we saw things that we would love to have at home. Staff were very professional and helpful especially Paola. Restaurant was closed due to functions, but the chef proposed a reasonably priced menu for us to have in our room, it wasn't terribly hot when it arrived and had been mistranslated (mussels not mushrooms - great if you like mussels but I don't!!) but none the less was delicious. Towel rail wasn't warm so towels were damp the following morning. The hotel is surrounded but apartment blocks and walking around outside the hotel was a bit intimidating. Music was way too loud at breakfast and wifi didn't work in the terrace room. None of that would stop me staying here again. Just minor annoyances. |

The help and advice from Nick and the Pool area The restaurant photo on the website is not the restaurant as implied. The pinewoods shown on the website are not part of the hotel grounds as implied.The bar was not adequately staffed and was empty most of the time. The restaurant was uninviting, without character, and we never saw a menu in the entire week. |

Friendly and efficient staff. Clear directions, well signposted from the dual carriageway. Modern and clean hotel with stylish and spacious rooms.Attractive gardens and swimming pool for relaxing. Excellent food |

nice brand new hotel with very good features . perfect staff and location very good to discover area and coast. ruvo puglia has nice cathedral and good restaurants ,good breakfast in hotel and nice pool |

Secure parking was excellent. The dining room was closed during our stay, however staff were able to recommend superb facilities in the town. Our room was extremely comfortable, air conditioned overlooking the lovely swimming pool and with a superb view to the sea. |

Exceptionally helpful Reception Desk (especially Nicola) who went to great trouble helping arrange several special requirements. Excellent chef - meals served by luxury modern pool. Very quiet considering the Pineta is in close to town. |

I stayed for five nights with a group of friends. We found the hotel ideal if you have a car and want to see as much as possible of Puglia. The decor is elegant and rooms are spacious and comfortable,The staff are very helpful and obliging.The garden and pool area must be lovely in Summer. It's about an hour drive from airport but the hotel can arrange transfer |

Zeer luxe indruk, prachtige kamer, idem badkamer. Er is geen aparte douche. Kan alleen zittend in bad. Geen steungrepen om je aan vast te houden. Gevaarlijk! En heel moeilijk te vinden! |

prachtige kamer, prettig personeel, zeer proper en ruim van opzet. Binnen 5 minuten in het centro storico. In de slaapkamer kan geen raam open. Aircondition laagste stand was 19 graden. Veel te warm voor mij om te slapen. |

El uso del SPA no está incluido en el precio, además, en caso que decidas pagar para disfrutar de él, sólo dispones de una hora. El desayuno es bastante escaso, poca fruta, poco embutido y no están pendientes de reponer cuando se acaba. |
