the staff was the best i have seen . they helped with everything i asked with a smile. the breakfast was good. in front of the hotel there was a bus every 2 minutes. not so close to the vatican. at least 30 minute by bus. still the location was OK an over all the hotel is a great value for money. |

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms spotless and an excellent buffet breakfast. We were told about good local restaurants, bus services etc. It is a little bit out of the way. The bar prices were expensive in comparison to other more central 4 star hotels. |

it is not 4* hotel! not even 3*! rooms are small and ugly, old furniture, no comfort. the metro is 10 min walking, but it is an ugly neighbourhood. do not go to this hotel, it is not worth it... |

This is a real hotel -very spacious, comfortable, quiet and modern with excellent breakfast service and accommodating staff. We slept great. There's a bus stop outside of the hotel which takes you to the Vatican, and the Cornelia metro stop (which is a 10 min walk away along side heavy traffic, not a very nice walk). There's a nice grove of pine trees across from the hotel, and a view of a valley. The neighborhood was crap. An ugly residential area with unfavorable people, and basically in the outskirts of Rome. Only two or three acceptable restaurants there. If comfort and sleeping well is important to you, I recommend this hotel. If location is, I don'T. If this hotel were in the center of Rome it would be unbeatable. |

Clean and comfortable Did not give us our wake-up call for the day we were leaving for the airport. So our driver arrived and we had to rush down without being prepared to leave. |

Everything!!!! What a fantastic group of people, especially Guiseppi !!!! ( not sure of the spelling) . We went to Rome on July 1st and since our return home, we have been telling our friends that travel to make sure to stay at the Pinewood!!! We will be there again for sure. |

free parking, clean rooms, good connection to the city, metro ca 10 minutes walk, but you can take a bus in front of hotel, I think for Italy very good breakfast the staff forgot our reservation, we had to move from room to room, it matches with 3-stars hotel |

Good location for accessing metro and buses; hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. Having parking available was key as we were traveling by car. No, room was clean, staff was friendly and location was good. |

location with very convenient public transportations. Receptionists gave all informations while arrival the hotel. They are very friendly and helpful. not much choice for the breakfast. about 15 meters away from the hotel are the rubbish tanks, stronge smell from the rubbish and the street is very dirty. But you can take a bus to the center( only two stops). |

close to Cornelia station which is not too far from all places of interest.the breakfast is good, staff excellent. the interiors could have been better especially since it is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. the internet doesnt work properly despite charging 3 euros for 30mins.the checkout time should be much later rather than 11am |

la cortesia del personale; la vicinanza della stazione metro e la fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell' hotel sono molto utili per chi deve muoversi con i mezzi pubblici. i rumori provenienti dal corridoio e dalle stanze adiacenti; la mancanza del frigobar e la pulizia poco accurata della porta di chiusura della doccia. |

La cortesia del personale, caratterizzato da sobrietà e garbo. La distanza con il centro di Roma è sufficientemente agevole da garantire escursioni turistiche senza eccessivo impiego di tempo, sia con l'automobile che con i mezzi. La struttura è un pochino datata. La nostra stanza si è rivelata, per quanto pulita, piccolina. Anche il bagno era veramente angusto, tanto da creare qualche imbarazzo nei movimenti. La finestra della camera era difettosa.La moquette per terra ci ha lasciato alcune perplessità relative all'igiene (è un discorso generale). L'insonorizzazione della stanza era scara, potendosi sentire voci e rumori provenienti da altre camere. Mancanza del frigobar. In generale sono mancati quei piccoli accorgimenti che rendono un hotel a 4 stelle degno di questo titolo. Direi che nel complesso è un hotel raccomandabile (sia per la posizione che per la qualità globale) ma a patto che il prezzo sia vantaggioso, come nel caso di una prenotazione internet. Certamente non al prezzo pieno delle tariffe proposte dalla struttura. |
