The staff was very friendly and in some ways helpful. We were a group, my family with a a seven year old and a teenager also my senior citizen mom and aunt and another couple. The hotel wasn't too bad but there were some areas where the hotel needed a little bit more tlc. In my room there was some mold on the ceiling and the tv broke down and it was replaced by a small tv instead of an Lcd tv. Breakfast was ok but a bit limited. I did have a room with a veranda and I totally recommend you get one when you book. I also had a fridge in it where since I was in a family room the other people in my party didn't have in their rooms. It was close to the train station just about a ten minute walk there is also a bus that stops in front of the hotel but at the last day I found out where to get. It was quiet area compared to the hustle and bustle of Rome. There is a Supermarket about 200 meters away. Price was very good for Rome The only real complaint I have is that I was suppose to have free Wifi with my room and I didn't have any. One small bar which quickly disappeared when I tried to use it. So that was disappointing.

Breakfast is ok. Quiet in the room. The room is too small. The wall between the bath room and bed room has poor sound insulation. Wifi does not work in the room.

Nothing... Well, there is a lot not to like. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel and maybe it was one day, but now you can tell it got a bit "tired with life". The walls were really dirty and would need a serious repaint, the toilet, although quite nice, had a broken door at the bottom. There was no mini-bar, which is not ideal if you are dying for some water in the middle of the night. The room was really small (and it's not what you expect from a hotel not in a centre of the city). Once we got back after whole day of sightseeing the door to our room was wide open because the cleaner forgot to close it..thank god I didnt have any laptop or iPad, cause otherwise I would have been rather angry. The pine wood is actually on the other side of a busy street, so no nice view if you expecting one. The metro is not that close and if you are girls travelling on your own, I am not sure I would feel very safe walking in this area in the middle of the night. And wireless internet for 5euros? Is this a third world? Pinewood got to step up your game. I would not come back here and I would not recommend it.

This is not a 4* hotel as they claim. 3* for sure. I organised a trip around several cities in Italy for my parents. I was travelling with them and we had a triple room in this hotel. The room was way too small for three persons! And we could only see a wall from our windows. The receptionist was ready to change the room, but an alternative was even worse - smaller and without a normal bathroom - just a very small space for a curtain shower and wc. Breakfast was far from 4* as well. And some of the pics provided by the hotel for booking.com are misleading - they give an impression that the hotel is actually in this "pinewood" park, while in reality it is across a very busy road...

We really liked the location, with car is perfect. Giuseppe at the reception was very friendly and professional. The only problem that he supports as Roma, not Lazio! Hope to meet him next time and talk again about beeing a football fan! We also very liked the beautuful lady who was there at the reception at afternoon... :D The breakfast is very simple with one kind of meet and one cheese, even when you know that italian people have usually just sweets for breakfast... We also did not find the man at the reception at the night very friendly. I work also in a hotel, and if I act like this, I would receive big problems in my hotel..

The hotel was very clean and upscale, right across the street from a pine forest. The walk to the metro took you through a shady block after dark. Situational awareness is required.

Even thought the Hotel was situated on a busy road the ambience inside was very peaceful. The Staff were excellent and always ready to assist in any way. Breakfast had sufficient choice. Plenty of wardrobe space. Room and bathroon quite small, Fridge and telephone not in working order, to be fair we didn't notice the phone was out of order until almost the end of our stay as we had no reason to use it.Staff were sent to repair it but we decided to leave it as we were not staying much longer. We didn't bother to mention the fridge so that was our own fault maybe as I am sure they would have connected it if we had asked.

Hotel is very comfortable with everyday cleaning service, elevator, big dinning room. Brekfast was enough at every time (from 7 till 10). a man on the reception was very helpful and kind. Its a bit far from the metro station (around 7-10 min), but bus stop is just opposite the hotel.

The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. The metro is close (5 mins of walk) ideal place for start the sightseeing from. Clean room with nice view. No kitchen at all. Breakfast is always the same cold cut - boring. The do not serve dinner. The Bar was terrible. No ice, no soft drinks to prepare cocktails, and the bartender did not know anything about drinks. The choice was poor (one kind of beer).

The room was tidy and the staff were very friendly. The parking area was secure and the breakfast was nice. The room was set up for 5 people and this left nowhere to sit. The room had an entry room and a bed room and a small bath room. 5 people in this space would be impossible to manage. There were only 3 of us thank heavens. The Hotel should be able to say this space can have 5 people.

The staff is really kind and warm. Nice park just in front of the hotel. It's not close to the center of Rome, but there are buses every 20 mins or you can walk for 10 mins to the metro station. You must choose the room with the view. Good quality-price ratio. Do not expect a real 4 stars hotel. For breakfast there are not many choices: coffee, toasts and some brioches.

The hotel has a nice interior. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location wasn't bad, few minutes walk from the cornelia metro station. It was not a 4 star hotel as advertised. The bathroom was not clean, there were stains in the bath-tabs. Breakfast was poor.

The location was good enough for us since it was near a bus stop and the metro station was within walking distance. The room was very nice and spacious for a family with four kids. Stuff was very friendly. The breakfast was very basic for a hotel of this type. It should have more variety and even hot food such as eggs and bacon or something similar. Usually when people book hotels that include breakfast they do that because touring implies late lunch and they expect that breakfast will be adequate. Especialy when it is described as buffet breakfast.
