staff behaviour, wifi, lack of drinking water
Views, good selection of breakfast goods . Helpful staff
Beds very uncomfortable.
plenty of secure parking, great rooms and breakfast, easy walk to metro
staff is great, u can get hot water in a teapot upstairs for free if politely ask)) nothing in the room, fridge was empty, no kettle. good to spend a night otherwise it is motel not a hotel,, i would say a guest house
the poorest breakfast i have ever eaten :)) one sort of cheap ham and one sort of cheese during 6 nights and i mean it !!! if u come downstairs at 9:30 u won't get any fruit , bowls will be empty and one one is gong to refill. bread, milk, cereals and tea with coffee thats it and it is 4 stars!! 3- i would say. very small rooms, strolling backsides around bed with the windows to the main road , most of the time a noisy street. nothing special about the park and a view. 1 km to the nearest metro station not 600 m !! but if u like a morning walk not a killer at all, stations are short so u will be in downtown in no time 10-15 mins
Great connectio to centar, a view minutes walk to Cornelia metro station and then to Termini after that you chose where ever you want to go in Rome, very very convenient, car is safe at the hotel under video watch of the hotel, we were very happy with the choise of the hotel.
Nice environment , friendly staff , good location, free secure parking , near in metro station .
Very friendly staff 5 min. walk to Metro Station "Cornelia"
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I liked the location - bus station (Pza Cavour) is just around the corner, metro station Cornelia is only 6 mins. Massaging shower in the bathroom is a great advantage after the whole day of walking around the city.
Acoustic transmission could be a problem. But if you don't have neighbours, it's fine.
Easy access to the center of Rome by bus or Metro without being in the busy center. Reception was very welcoming, spoke very good English and very helpful with travelling information and recommending a very good local restaurant..
Clean, quiet and the best continental breakfast we had in Italy.
What I paid for wasn't what I got.
Flush noisy. bath math not cared.
Staff and location
Bath not well cared. flush a bit noisy (all the time)
The staff was very friendly, gave us directions and suggestions with a personal touch.
Excellent staff and reasonable price.
location and old facilities.
The excellent receptionist who went out of his way to give us all the information we needed having just arrived in Rome for a one night stay at the hotel. Wish we had booked longer. Thank you very much.
Mid October & dining room no longer available for meals, nothing close enough to walk to to buy dinner so stayed out late to eat before returning to hotel. Female desk staff not very helpful, male very good. Had to run the hot water for shower for a few minutes before it got warm enough to shower. Catch bus or metro as taxi is too expensive to get there.
The location was close to the bus and M lines, the staff was courteous, quick, and passionate about what they do. They explained were to go, which busses and trains to take as well as explicitly talked about pickpockets and how to protect yourself. I had such a great stay and the staff is what made the amazing facilities that much better.
not all the staff are friendly
Well it is not centrally located but with a 10 minutes walk to metro A it will connect you to the city. And the guy who made us the check - in whom i regret not getting his name was very acvomodating when we told him that it was for a wedding prep. he upgrade our room to a better one. such nice gesture.
rooms are small we've seen so much of their room since we booked a double, triple and a family room. The guy who made the duty on the 10th of September is not as good as the guy who were there on our check-in. we return from a wedding at 01:00am we asked if the bar still open and if we can buy sime beer. he answered that the bar was closed but he can sell us the beer only if we pay in cash. He charged us €5 for a small beer which is too much from a normal cost and it is not so honest gesture since we did not know if the money we paid wnet to the hotel or to his pocket.
Price Breakfast Room
Location Some staff not as helpful as others No tea or coffee facilities No iron available No welcome at breakfast
Nice and clean, comfortable, value for money. Convenient for leaving the car at the hotel and travelling by subway into Rome city centre.
Great location just on the west side of Rome, easily accessible by Metro (Line A, station Cornelia). Very quiet location, just in front of nice pine wood park, close to a regular grocery store for cheaper shopping (food, water, etc.) Very kind staff, clean entry hall, air conditioning, and an excellent breakfast in morning (except for coffer coming from machine .. not good Italian coffee).
Lack of good Italian coffee for breakfast. We had a family room, and one room had no windows - and a "sewage" smell was coming out strong at night (we forgot to mention that to the staff).
The hotel was very comfortable and with good facilities. The whirlpool bath was a fantastic surprise and just what was needed for weary feet! Breakfast was good.
The reception staff were unfriendly and disengaged to the point of being surly. They clearly couldn't be bothered to talk to us or give out information. This was in direct contrast to all the other staff we came across in the bar and restaurant who were very friendly and helpful. Personally I also found the number of lights flashing in the bedroom at night too much but I know this is personal preference.
