Pinewood Hotel Rome

Grote behulpzaamheid door het personeel.Schone en ruime kamers.

Hotel bevindt zich net buiten het drukke centrum in een "rustige wijk" van Rome. Omdat de metro en diverse bushaltes zich in de directe nabijheid van het Hotel bevinden is de stad binnen enkele minuten bereikbaar. Een gratis parkeerplek op het terrein van het Hotel en een ruime eenpersoonskamer met douche/bad, toilet, kortom zeer compleet uitgerust. Het ontbijt was goed.

Slecht sluitende deuren, waardoor er vaak onnodig veel kabaal was

Rustig hotel op 10 minuten lopen van metro station. Kamer was erg netjes en ruim zat.

Ontbijt is wel erg karig. Geen verse jus, gekookte eieren of normaal brood. Bolletjes waren beetje hard.

Het was een goed hotel op een ideale plek in Rome. Dichtbij de metro en met de metro ben je zo in het centrum.

warme kamers, heel hard bed en saai

"Just a few stops away from the Vatican City" is translated into German with "a few steps" which is as wrong as "Located only a 5-minute walk from the Cornelia Metro Station". Breakfast room too small and always crowded. Bathroom somewhat shabby.

This is a very nice Hotel. The lobby is clean, spacious and has an huge breakfast room located in the lower level of the Hotel. Lots of variety for the am.

The only negative was the distance to the Subway station. It is a 10 minute walk. The bus stops right out front, but does not take you to the downtown sites like the subway does.

The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were very satisfactory.

There were too few options for food at breakfast (E.G. no vegetables). The carpet in the room was rather dirty.

the staff was the best i have seen . they helped with everything i asked with a smile. the breakfast was good. in front of the hotel there was a bus every 2 minutes.

not so close to the vatican. at least 30 minute by bus. still the location was OK an over all the hotel is a great value for money.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms spotless and an excellent buffet breakfast. We were told about good local restaurants, bus services etc.

It is a little bit out of the way. The bar prices were expensive in comparison to other more central 4 star hotels.

This is a real hotel -very spacious, comfortable, quiet and modern with excellent breakfast service and accommodating staff. We slept great. There's a bus stop outside of the hotel which takes you to the Vatican, and the Cornelia metro stop (which is a 10 min walk away along side heavy traffic, not a very nice walk). There's a nice grove of pine trees across from the hotel, and a view of a valley.

The neighborhood was crap. An ugly residential area with unfavorable people, and basically in the outskirts of Rome. Only two or three acceptable restaurants there. If comfort and sleeping well is important to you, I recommend this hotel. If location is, I don'T. If this hotel were in the center of Rome it would be unbeatable.

Clean and comfortable

Did not give us our wake-up call for the day we were leaving for the airport. So our driver arrived and we had to rush down without being prepared to leave.
