Hotel Pinocchio  

The location is a little bit hard to get by car: roads are narrow, any turns and one way streets; fot the first time is hard even with a gps car unit. Once arrived at Piazza del Mercado, all you can do is relax and enjoy the birds in the park. The location is good for relaxation only. The room was big, even the bathroom. Many coffe shops in this place. Belvedere view on one sidr of the piazzeta. Friendly locals.

No parking slot at the hotel as mentioned in the booking!!! The car had to be lefy in a public parking slot, outside the piazzeta, if you were lucky to find one free; cost per parking day. The hotel has it's own restaurant, but it was closed the period we checked in. They don t have a universal translator, they don t know english and was very hard to get along and understand one another. Although the bathroom was like 15sqm (big!), it has a very little shower in one corner that you will find difficult cu shower in. Some old rusty furnished decorations, but you will get along with after first night. Unpleasant wakeup call from the hotel at 10 oclock for the checkout: they nearly slam the room door with knocking. .. I don't recomend it!

No internet in the room while in the description of the hotel it is said that wifi is available in all the hotel area. Sometimes the room was cold.

The staff and especially the owner were wonderful, very friendly and accomodating. It is a great value for the money and is located right in the center of everything. The attached resaurant is great. I was totally surprised by this little gem in Frascati and can wholeheartedly reccomend it to anyone.

One of the less expensive hotels in the centre of Frascati with a renowned and busy restaurant on the ground floor. Where else would you be served tiramasou for breakfast?

The staff were very friendly, the food was very good. We found it the perfect place for a romantic stay.

Very friendly staff and tried their best to accommodate everything for us. The location was pretty good too as it was situated toward the center of the town so everything was within walking distance.

The WiFi connection was sometimes unstable during the night.

The owner was friendly and very helpful. We had our own parking area. They also had their own restaurant and the food was delicious. Their pizzas where fantastic, the best I have ever tasted in fact. The room had all the facilities that was need too . We will be going there again in the future.

Idéalement placé. Personnel sympa. Meilleur restaurant de la ville.

Struttura calda e accogliente. Ho avuto una camera spaziosa con una deliziosa vista sulla piazza antistante. Buono il ristorante.

Pessime condizioni igieniche, non esiste una reception e il prezzo è esagerato date le condizioni dell'albergo.

sicuramente molto centrale. la posizione per chi deve vedere frascati è ottima

la stanza era pulita, ma l'arredamento antiquato. il bagno assai spartano IL wifi inutilizzabile, così come la televisione non era ben sintonizzata. il prezzo l'ho trovato troppo alto per i servizi offerti

Läget fantastiskt, och rummet stort. Mysigt hotell som låg vid ett litet torg. Många restauranger inom räckhåll....

Stod att wifi fanns tillgängligt i hela hotellet, men dåligt nät, funkade bara i bland....
