Excellent location. Friendly, efficient staff.
Very small shower.
Staff. And location
The staff welcome And the balcony
A bit small room
The staff, all the staff. My special friend David , allways professional and allways nice.
The changing of the position of the tables in the dining room: a nightmare, its like a poor child's school or a two star hotel. The previous style was chic, like a private house. Please...
staff, atmosphere, location
bed is too hard, needs new wallpaper in room..
The friendship of David at the reception. The smile and kindness of all other staff. The view from the balcony over The Pincio Gardens. My daily walk each morning at 6.00am in a desert Rome. The good mood of the staff at breakfast. Better than my family.
The quality of the guests: each year guests become more and more rough. Sometime breakfast becames a sacrifice for satff and other guests: they eat like animals. And noise from those rough poor people during night. They should stay in Denver or Smolensk where they belong.
-The employees are very welcoming and nice. -The location is excellent.
- Eventhough I had what they call the junior suit, its a completely average room and definitely not worth the >350E price per night. It does have a large terrace. - had to call for shower gel, as they only provided 2 small soaps. - if u need something ironed, the only iron is placed in the "gym" area... Everything would be alright, if the price would be max. 50% of their current charge.
Breakfast, location, front desk staff, especially Luca. We had picnic on rooftop garden. Great views!
Floors a bit dirty in rooms and hallways. Small roomsu
Location, staff, facilities, breakfast
Wifi only available on main floor, roof garden not really open during my stay
I loved the location! Shopping in Rome is great.. The staff are polite and helpful. I will definitely come back to the same hotel!
The room and bathroom are a bit small..
Great location, could walk everywhere. Comfortable rooms and great staff, would book again.
No wifi in the rooms
The staff is wonderful and the location is excellent.
Staff was very nice and helpful! Most of staff spoke English which makes it easier! Roof top was so cool! View was spectacular from roof!! Location was great for us! Right at Piazza Del Popplo. Lots of Shops and eateries near by. Close to metro and taxi's! Breakfast great! Elevator was perfect! Rooms and hotel very clean - Elegant. Would recommend to friends!!
Room temperature was uncomfortable. A/C didn't cool room. We were there in Spring and it was warm. Can't imagine how hot it would be in summer. Internet access was a pain. A new code had to be given daily on a little sheet of paper and only worked for one person in lobby or first floor of hotel. Made trying to book tours etc...more challenging!
There was a smell in the very expensive room we paid for, imagine that you lock the cat inside the room and she pisses there for ages - the same we had in a room (coming from the bathroom). The smell was so strong that it was causing the headache. I ll never come again to visit this hotel, despite prior to that situation I was a frequent traveller.
Small rooms. We arrived earlier and left the luggage at the reception until 12:30 when checked-in; although asked for the luggage to take it into the room, we were told that this will be delivered; it came after 20 minutes. Although breakfast was included you were supposed to pay for scrambled eggs but boiled ones were free (which is a bit funny). Cleaning lady aggressively entered our room at 9:00 in the morning. Wifi only in the lobby.
This is the second time I stay at the Piranesi. I have to go often to Rome for personal reasons and this hotel is my favourite location. Staff is very polite and friendly, the rooms are excellent and the location is great and very convenient. They are always very nice with my two years old daughter. The hotel is furnished with an exquisit taste, classical and stylish and that's what make this hotel quite unique, outside the standardised contemporary taste.
