The stay was excellent - you are welcomed by a friendly smiling staff, the rooms are clean and cozy, bathroom facilities are pretty new and clean, there is a cleaning lady taking care of it. We loved the staff serving breakfast in a cozy orange garden. We had a chance to leave our bags even after stay and the staff let us use their facilities before departure. Thank you!
Some rooms are a bit noisy, because of the termini trains passing by. Some of the rooms are smaller than the others.
Overall the stay in this hotel was pleasant. The room we stayed in was clean, quiet, with a balcony to the inner yard. Staff was nice and helpful. Wifi not the best, but usable. I would recommend this hotel or come back again.
The disinformation about the number of people who could stay in one room. The four-bed room was sold as a three-bed room and we, the group of four people had to book an extra room. Upon arrival, when we noticed that three-bed room room was actually for four people, staff refused to cancel the additionally booked room, which, actually was also four-bed room. So, in result, we were 4 people and 8 beds that we had to pay for. The location looked better on the map, in reality it is pretty far from e. g. Colosseum.
The room was really clean with good and comfortable beds. Maybe the bathroom was a bit small but definitely clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
It was a quaint nice hotel, good if you are looking for something simple and value for money. The location may not be to everyone's taste but it was ideal.
The room was very tiny and coffees too small but that us their way of coffee style over there. Also very noisey early hours of the morning as could here people talking through the walls.
Very good price/value ration, simple but fully sufficient room. Good location if you need to walk to the metro or to the train station on your way to the airport. Although the beds do not look very comfortable, you get a very good sleep. Cleaning was o.k.. Friendly staff. I can recommend!
Lack of non-italian TV channels, but you are not visiting Rome to watch TV. :-) Breakfast very simple but for the price it fills your stomach and the serving is interesting!
Comfortable beds, had wifi and air conditioning. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable.
Was not as close to main attractions and Termini as advertised. All keys were kept at reception when not in the room which made me feel very uneasy. Hotel is small and we were located right next to reception and could hear any conversations at the desk. Wifi was spotty. Baggage storage is not an actual room, but rather a small section in front of reception.
This is the perfect hotel to stay in Rome, cheap, clean, good location and very nice and helpful staff, I recommend this hotel!
Close to The Termini Station. Staff are friendly. The hotel is very safe
The room is really tiny. Breakfast is so so.
Reasonably close to the Railway Station and transport hub for most tours and plenty of restaurants nearby
Airconditioning unit was to small to cool our room, and no chairs in the room, could only sit on the bed
Room was very clean, beds were made and room cleaned daily including fresh towels. Close to termini station with trams and buses making it easy to get to. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast served in your room or in the garden, which was peaceful and very nice with more than enough to get your day started and sustain you until lunch time/early afternoon. Would definitely stay at the Pisa hotel again.
There wasn't anything to not like.
Poor breakfast! Juice and ready croissant in plastic, which you buy in a big pack, 10 pcs. for 1 Euro.
Staff was very helpful and also breakfast was ok. Good location, near to the subway stop.
We had room on the ground floor and it was disaster. Very noisy all the time. During the night they are waking you up because of some guests who are checking in and also in the morning!! We asked for some normal room but they said that they have free room on the 1st floor only for one night (from 3). The bathroom is very small space instead of closet and I was very impressed how they were able to squeeze it there.
Close to Termini and Metro. Close to a couple of restaurants. Breakfast delivered to the room for no extra fee.
Breakfast wasn't the best, but for the price it's what you would expect.
The room was small but for one person perfectly fine. Everything was clean, breakfast directly to the room or with the option in the garden. Also they ask what kind of coffee, juice you would like to get.
The room was in the down floor and right next to the reception, so I could hear everything very well. When I booked the room there was a promotion so I couldn't complain about the position of the room.
Breakfast at the back of the hotel in the garden Close to Termini
Rather unpleasant surroundings (multicultural district) Hotel for maximum 1-2 nights (we use it as a temporary hotel, because of our late plane arrival) Very far from tourist atractions
Not far from termini station (still 20 mins walking) Quiet area Staff at reception
It was rather a hostal. I was with my parents there and we had booked a triple room. Instead of three beds on the floor, there was a "double-decker" bed, i had to climb to i with no ladder. The sanitary in the bathroom was broken, not very nice impression overall. Is more like a youth hostel
Clean bathroom & room. Friendly reception staff. Nico was excetionally friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to see & do. 10 minutes walk to Termini or Metro.
Wifi reception was poor. Waiting for a table at breakfast. Small bathroom in Room 301. Noise from vending machine.
The quality and standard of the rooms adequate for the price. Beautiful garden, where you can start the day with a modest breakfast. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Good breakfast in garden friendly staff possible to walk to coloseum in 15 min., metro 5 min.
Perfect hotel but Rome is a very dirty and neglected city
I liked the staff. They were friendly and helpful.
Although it was near Termini Station, the walk from there was quite long. For traveling around the city it was perfect - near the Manzoni Metro stop, but it was quite a hike from the train to the hotel.
Everything you need for a short break in Rome, about a 7 min walk to the nearest metro and a 20 min walk to the colloseum! The room had everything you need, air con, excellent wifi, a mini fridge, a safe and a clean shower and towels. Overall an small and friendly, excellent value for money hotel.
Breakfast was the same every day which was okay but it would of been nice to have some variety, otherwise no other complaints!
Lovely, helpful, welcoming staff, cozy clean small room, breakfast in bed. Generally this small hotel is nice little spot in this area.
Location in the scary (especially at night) area of Termini. But the place itself is good, as I mentioned before.
Love everything! Joel the front desk guy is amazing, very friendly and very accommodating.
It's a distance but walkable from the train station. It's affordable pricing but I spotted they charge locals half the price that they charge us: tourist. So this is more like a local hotel instead of for any tourist. It's not the cheapest but not value for money. We reached early, unable to check-in and we came back late and left early without even breakfast. The room looks funny. There's no elevator. Lucky for us we just need to move big baggages 1 level down. Pity others if stay at high level. It's located in a dark back alley and we were scared and took taxi back as we do not dare to walk back to the hotel.
Low security, secluded street Different charges for locals and tourist. Why tourists are charged double that to local? No elevator.
Location, just off Termini station. Staff spoke good English, although during check out we were asked to pay the city tax again (although we paid already) and while leaving I had to search through my bags for receipt to prove it had been already paid. Nice (though small room), very clean and A/C that actually worked - in most of hotels during our trip A/C wasn't great, but at Pisa hotel it was excellent.
Wifi signal not the greatest, you can't have breakfast before 8am.
