The room was very nice, modern and clean. The location is unfortunately very bad. The bus has no timetable and is unpredictable. We waited up to 45 minutes. The hotel should clearly provide a shuttle, once there waited 38 people at the bus stop, even with small charge would be ok. The fire alarm went off one night with explanation only in italian...we and other guests on the floor were shocked and not sure what to do. Luckily this case it was just someone smoking but the instructions need to be in english too!! |

I liked the design - except from the restaurant which was out of trend with the rest! The hotel was dirty and cleaning was very poor - in general the maintanence was below any average. |

This was a lovely hotel with minimalist style design. The quality of furnishings was very high ensuring a comfortable stay. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. Despite it being advertised as continental breakfast there were a couple of hot items available as well as the usual meats and cheeses, cereals, fruit, breads and cakes. Staff were efficient and helpful. Secure system to store luggage after check out. Frequent, inexpensive bus service available right across the road. The location was further from the city centre than we anticipated. Taxi cost was approximately £20 Euros per trip. Bus journey about 30 mins, often standing. No milk is provided with tea and coffee making facilities. The air conditioning makes a noise at regular intervals which is a bit annoying at night, until you get used to it. |

The location of the hotel is quite convenient to reach the city centre, although is served only by buses. The hotel is in a very quie placet, it is really relaxing and offers clean rooms, which makes always the difference. What was not of the hotel's bests was that the restaurant kitchen closes early in the night (10:00 pm) and you can stay there until 11:30 pm. |

Our room was very clean, and well renewed. The staff was mostly helpful, and solved our problems. The Hotel is far from the city center, and the public transportation is pretty unpredictable. Anyway, using the public transportation is easier than driving in Rome. The communication was slow (it's not a complain, but I didn't get any answer to my e-mail in 4 days!!!) |

Bus stop is right outside hotel. Bad, impolite, unhelpful, mean and rude male staff. Female staff ok ! City maps given are confusing, nobody would explain to us or show us the way. Dinner was ok but too slow. There's only 1 waiter. If you want a good vacation, do not stay in this hotel. |

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 6 days and 6 nights as we visited Rome. It was a 15-20 minute bus drive, and the bus came every 30 minutes during the holiday in the middle of August but regulary every 15 minutes. I loved the room, very good looking and good design plus it has comfortable beds and aircondition. Polite and helpful staff at the hotel and for this price this close to the city.. i don`t think it is posible to find anything better or as good as this. I enjoyed myself very much and hope to visit the hotel again next time i am in Rome. |

the hotel was around places where there was food available and the bus stop that takes you to rome was in front of the hotel checking in was a nightmare, they had us ( me and other people) waiting for 3 hours and it seemed to be the pattern, they dont have shower gel . and i asked for an iron and never got one. they said they will deliver it but never did.a for 3 days.!! at the most this is a 3 star hotel. i have stayed at 3 star hotels with better service |

Nice large room The room was clean, though one evening we returned to the hotel and our room was not made. We had fresh towels, put on the bed, but the old ones were still there, bathroom wasn't cleaned, bed was not made and we didn't have any shower gel. After calling the reception, they did help us immediately. The next day however, we again did not have shower gel.For city trips to Rome, the hotel is just a bit too far outside the center (20-25 mins by bus and then you only arrive at Saint Peter's square). Last bus back to the hotel leaves already at midnight. After midnight, you can only get to the hotel by taxi. |

Comfortable, nice decoration, very clean and very friendly staff. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Would love to go back. Was a bit far from the center, although there is one single bus taking you to the city just in front of the hotel. This bus stops driving at 12 pm, taxi to the hotel is around 15-20 euro's. |

Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. We had problem with A/C so we were moved form double standard bedroom to a suite with no extra fees. The breakfast service on their webside looks better than it is but still very good. Our tip: make sure you call Hotel if you require airport transfer. You'll pay 10pounds for a shuttle bus instead 50pounds for a taxi. Location: it's 20minutes by bus to Vatican if you catch the bus... |

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. 25 mins to Rome and Vatican by bus. Electricity went off for 10 mins, and then TV did not work for 1hr after. No number for reception written anywhere, had to physically go downstairs! |

In fact nothing. Our experience is very bad with this hotel. Location of this hotel is in between the red light district and you must inform this to people who are booking this hotel. At the check in I was told that I have booked 2 rooms. Then a day before my check out day i.e on 7th July I was told to vacate the room where as I was holding booking till 8th July. The property is definately not 4 star as mentioned in your ratings. |

as an 4 star rated hotel still want to charge guests wifi fee ,even guests brought their own laptop to stay in hotel. 2. shuttle bus charge euro 10.00 perperson between hotel and airport should show on website, and the price is too high, compare with other shuttle bus also asked for same price. 3.game and wifi tight together cost 21 euro a day not a good idea, |
