The staff were very pleasant and helpful in providing detailed directions to where we attending a meeting. We ate in the restaurant one evening - they had very competitively priced menu options and the food was good. Getting access to wireless broadband was somewhat complicated, in the end we gave up on it. The hotel returned our payment without question. |

Receptionist can speak very influent English. Marvelous breakfast. Spacious and modern-decorated room. Good value. The bus no. 881 is not a good service. No fixed timetable for this service.... And you need to walk at least 10 minutes from metro station Cornelia to the nearest #881 bus station. |

Very nice and spacy room, great interior design, quiet area. English speaking staff and nice breakfast. Very good value for money. Only thing we missed were some nice places to sit outside the hotel. Replace some of the carpets, they are dirty. |

Clean and spacious rooms, good soundproofing, new furniture, excellent breakfast (but don't sleep too long or you'll won't have the fresh fruit), good connection to the city centre (20 minutes by bus 881 that stops in front of the hotel, last bus leaves to the hotel at midnight), private parking - you will hardly get stuck in any heavy traffic at any time of the day, and taxi from Vatican City at... The receptionist didn't offer us a free map, so I had to ask for it the following day having learned that they are free for the guests. |

Hotel Pisana Palace has given me the room that was displayed on the website while booking. Its a very good, budget hotel which is not very far from Rome's city centre and also not too far from airport. It is very clean, modern and chick. Staffs are very courteous and they try their best to accomodate customer's needs and request. I disliked the fact that of a hotel of such good standard should boost a much proper restaurant. There is no proper restaurant for either lunch or dinner, and if you want to have then need to inform them earlier. Moreover the menus offered are not comprehensive and its more or less fixed..so you got no option to choose from. |

Great value for money ( 60euros/day doyble room) ,room and lobby design, breakfast. Elevators are far from entrance .You must be really pattient to get to the center and back by bus. |

It's 15 minutes by hotel shuttle bus from Fiumicino airport. I reserved by telepone and they were kindly waiting for us for 20 minutes. The hotel staff are all very kind and gentleman. The bus leaves every 20minutes from in front of the hotel was very good for going to Vatican city. |

Great hotel! Helpfull staff, big clean rooms, new furniture, excellent breakfast, bus station in front of the hotel. Elevator too slow, distance from the city center. Even though the bus station is in front of the hotel it takes about 40 minutes to city center (but only 15 minutes to Vatican). |

Hotel after reconstruction looks great, our room was perfect, breakfast tasty. Though hotel is in the city side, but it was easy and quickly (app.15 minutes if no traffic) to reach the city centre with bus which stop is in front of the hotel. No free internet (1 hour cost 6 euros) and just some TV channels. Hotel staff hardly speak english. |

modern design and good facilities, great bathroom. Restaurant tourist menu was good value. Good airport shuttle. Was charged Euro 10 each for airport shuttle but I expected it to be 8 Eur. Distance from Sant' Angelo slightly too long by bus. |

First I have to say that the reviews on tripadvisor.com scared us that the Pisana palace is very far away from Rome. We, on the contrary, found it close. We came by car, and the centre was 10 minutes driving. Excellent location for a huge hotel as Pisana is. Then we liked design and style. Comfort as well. Hotel stuff (especially the receptionists) is very kind and skilled. |

We had not spent much time inside hotel. Only early in a morning and late at night. There was wonderful breakfast!! Thanx a lot! We miss slippers for guests. |

The breakfast was amazing , The room was clean , It was realy 4 star Hotel It was far from city centre but with metro and bus you have to pay 1 Euro to central station and it takes between half to one hour |

The location is very good. Very quite area, but close to city centre (10-15 minutes by bus). The hotel deserves a good grade regarding the value for money. Reception looks great after the renovation. Unfortunately the rooms are not refreshed and do not really deserve 4 stars, however are still fair. The bar downstairs is definitely too expensive. |
