Exceptional location (best in Florence), exceptional view (if you take the room with the view), very nice and intelligent interior in the room.

It's not a hotel, there is no staff, no services. I was not happy after they made up the room: dishes was not clean, they didn't put dishes in the dishes machine properly. We found in the room everyday accessories only for one person.

The location couldn't be beat. It was just a short stroll to all the major attractions, shopping areas, etc. The staff was very friendly and provided information on best places to eat, see the city at night, and helped us to book last minute reservations to the museums to skip the lines.

The location was good. The apartment amenities were mostly good.

The apartment was very dark, even with all lights on. The windows looked out to a closed in area. There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower. No coffee in the room, you had to go to the reception area.

Beautiful room Excellent location amazing jacuzzi/bathtub beautifully lit Nice staff Wonderful outdoor space

The absence of staff on site was not good. There were a few little things that we wanted to ask or needed looked at and it was not easy to communicate via text. For some reason they were not going through to the weekend staff person and therefore we never got texts back. It was too warm in our room and we could not get it to the temperature we desired. And by the time we realized the staff weren't getting our texts, it was time to check out so nothing got fixed and we just dealt with it. The shower was absolutely beautiful was incredibly impractical! There was no ledge to put your shower items, so you had to put them on the floor, but then it was so hard to bend over in that tiny shower! It made showering unpleasant and inconvenient. Also, as Americans, we very much would have preferred to have a top sheet on the bed in addition to the comforter. Especially since it was so hot in the room at night.

We liked everything about Platinhome Ricasoli. We were in the Bargello room, one of the most economic ones and it was impressive. The room was big with a very comfortable bed and a really useful cooking area where we had breakfast and dinner. We used the jacuzzi in the bathroom almost everyday to get relaxed and refreshed (we traveled in July). No complains about the cleaning. The situation of the hotel is perfect since it is at walking distance from all the interesting places to visit but at the same time it is located in a quiet street. There is no reception but the people of the reception were very punctual in all the meetings we had with them (check in and check out basically).

    Everything was perfect.
