Posizione (centralissimo; terrazza attrezzata con vista favolosa). Arredamento e pulizia. Staff molto disponibile.

The location was brilliant. Bed very comfortable and shower great. Loved the little terrace above the roofs of the ancient city center.

It was smaller than expected from the pictures. Minibar prices ridiculous. Only two free coffee capsules per person...stingy for the overall price.

The receptionist Iva was very helpful and useful and tried her best to gave us the best holiday and best tips about Florence The location of the apartment is perfect and strategic and in the middle of the centre The apartment it self was magnificent

there was no parking for the car which is important for people who has a car and the garage they are dealing with is very expensive

Beautiful room with a great roof top terrace & views of the city. Great, central location with proximity to the museums and shopping. Luxurious room Excellent reception staff; Iva Studenkova was available by phone, greeted us in the plaza & escorted us up to the room, helping with the luggage. She gave good information regarding the area on our arrival.

The elevator was broken on our arrival & only fixed on our last day, which went we had to lug suitcases up an over 2 sets of stairs; but at least it was fixed for our departure. The wireless internet was a pain; required putting in the password each time. The first day the housekeeping staff took our bath towels and did not give replacement towels; so when we returned after a day trip to Venice we could not shower! Also, they just hung up the bath towels off the floor rather than giving new ones.

Firstly I wanna thank Julio and Iva for being very helpful, friendly, and proffessional even the house cleaning lady ( mauritius lady) was so proffessional and helpful The apartment is outstanding in all means very clean High tech Big marvellous jacuzzi tub with a waterfall shower lots of choices in electricity and smooth lights Fahad & Meshael

Keys not cards for opening doors slow elevator in a lexurous place like this drinks in the fridge should be free or the fridge should be empty comparing to Armani hotel for example when you go to the apartment for the firs time donot trust the gps in Florence

the apartment is very nice and modern and the location is excellent.

A super apartment directly in the city centre ... excellent for shopping , food etc.

I guess Platinhome has nothing to do with this .. but the lobby of this house was a bit smelly but once in the apartment ... simply perfect

Номер очень понравился, красивый, стильный, отличная подсветка, а душ это просто фантастика, находится по середины комнаты, прозразный, очень удобный, при необходимости можно загородить шторкой (везде все автоматически), два плазменных телевизор (правда так и не разу не включали их), есть подзорная труба, но смотреть в нее не умею, отличная веранда с красивым видом. ВСЕМ рекомендую.

Долго искали отель, находится на площади Республики, в соседнем здании от отеля "Савой". Номер дома 6 никто не знает, для ориентира ищите кафе "Gilli" и тогда сразу найдете))

Der schlechte Parkservice. Während des Aufenthaltes war das Auto nicht greifbar. Zunächst falsches Fahrzeug bei der Abreise ausgehändigt. Absolutes no go! Feststellmechanismus am Kofferraumdeckel nach der Übergabe defekt. Fahrzeug wurde vermutlich während der Parkzeit mehr als unbedingt nötig bewegt. Tankfüllung sehr niedrig. Keine Belege bei Übergabe und Abholung. Management von Platinhome total überfordert.

Det absolut centrala läget var ypperligt med restauranger i bottenvåningen och fantastisk utsikt över staden från terrassen.

Tyvärr så låg husets luftkonditionering alldeles intill terrassen vilket gjorde att det bullrade en del.

La mancanza di una reception

Location was superb, and facilities up to date and modern.

No iron or washing facilities. It was advertised as self catering, but not fully equipped for such.

The suites are located in the city center - 500m from Duomo and shopping area. Suites are very comfortable, but in my oppinion are for couples, not for families. If you are travel for a short break or for shopping, this is the right choise for you.
