The breakfast was really good with plenty of variety. The mezanine bar area was comfortable and relaxing. The wash facilities were clean and 'user' friendly

The room was far too warm and the air conditioning had been turned off and we were unable to open the windows. These were opened after we asked and on the final night the air conditioning was on! Also I would have preferred to have access to a Bath although the Shower was good. Also a kettle for hot drinks i.e. tea and coffee would have been appreciated or even a hot drinks dispensing machine on our floor.

We had a triple room which was excellent. The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff were always very helpful and the locality next to the train station was very convenient.

The neighbourhood in which the hotel is situated is however very poor.

the hotel staff there are very poor service attitude, especially to Asians. the male receptionist charged me for 20euro phone bill which i never used, did not give my credit card receipt copy no matter how hard i asked for it, no payment folio until i asked for.................. the receptionist replied it is OK, you can go now. finally, the credit card copy was found somewhere misplaced. the duty manager was the worst, he said there was nothing wrong about all these because the hotel has more than one hundred rooms, not acknowledged their mistakes at all and said i was harsh to them. i myself worked in an international hotel as well, more than 600 rooms, does that mean we can make

Super 8th floor room. Very good value. Nice breakfast room. Well maintained. Good air con, adequate not cold. No noise even though facing street and station.

Useful as a stop between Venice and the airport or other transport link. The staff is patient, as they seem to attract a lot of novice travellers. There is free wi-fi in the lobby. The bathrooms are large and clean, and the rooms are tidy. The hotel is efficient, as the airport bus is a block away. Bear in mind, that the airport bus hours are arranged in a strange way. Better breakfast than you will find at much costlier hotels, but ask the waiters for a real cappucino.

On a prior visit, I was upgraded to the club level, which is a whole different world of perfection. I wouldn't count on that. The standard rooms are ... standard. Reasonable size. No alarm clock, strangely. Biggest complaint: noise. Both in my room and my mother's, mainly early morning. Solution: earplugs. Bathroom was good, but incredibly poor water pressure (on a middle level in the hotel). In room wifi is absurdly expensive (17 Euro / 24 h). Ask at the lobby desk for wifi login for the lobby area. Make sure they give you a 24 h pass. Television is useless (nice lcd showing bad italian programs + fuzzy cnn). Summary: Hotel is recommended, but only for short stay (I was there 3 nights, which was too long.

The food and restaurant experience were excellent

It was so handy, near Mestre station. Also the train service to Vencie was good and it was lovely to come back to in the evening.
