The room was really small, and basically available only after 8.30pm! There were as well no parking available, I wouldn't suggest this hotel... |

The location of the hotel is excellent especially for the airport bus. The breakfast choice was the best of our week's stay in Sicily (3 hotels) The air conditioning was terrible in this hotel. There was a choice between sweating and freezing. Luckily had only booked one night in the hotel as slept really badly. Had to get up a number of times to turn the AC off and later to turn it on. |

Staff were helpful and friendly, and they let me check in early when I arrived due to having an early flight. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was on a quiet street but still central and right by Politiama. Room was a little on the small side and would have liked a bath in the bathroom. |

Central location. Big breakfast buffét. Booked a double room, but were upgraded to a suite due to many guests. Fantastic room with terrace and bubble bath. |

They upgraded us to a suite two out of our three nights; the hotel is well appointed and elegantly furnished; location is excellent and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. A small negative, adjacent plumbing was noisy in one case. |

the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, overall the atmosphere was lovely. The sumptious breakfast was the best we have been offered in our travels through Italy and Sicily. |

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with lots of lovely toiletries - good for people travelling light! We were given a welcome drink token, which was a lovely surprise, but it was only for 1 drink for the 'room' and there were two of us staying in the room, so really it either should've been 1 drink per person so you didn't have to share and feel embarassed or it should be made clear in the welcome letter that it's not a drink each! |

Emplacement très central, permet la visite à pied ou en bus. Quartier calme et sécurisé. Petit déjeuner remarquable et accueillant. Réception impersonnel, reservation mal enregistrée et difficile à faire rétablir. internet couteux et fonctionnant mal, puis finalement plus du tout. |
