The hotel-parking is a great feature, as it's simply impossible to park in the city. The staff was extremely helpful.

Location (excellent), size of the rooms, bathroom, parking. Breakfast ok by italian standards. We were given a very dark room on the basement. Hotel was fully booked but managed to change after speaking to the manager. Rooms need redecoration. It would be good to have free wifi in the rooms.

Padua is a smart place to stay for those visiting Venice. Besides, it's a fantastic city, too. Plaza is a convenient place to spend a couple of nights. Unlike the ridiculously overpriced hotels in Venice, it offers a fair value. They didn't actually have a parking place "on site", as they promised. Still, they parked my car somewhere. It was neither stolen nor damaged, so technically speaking, I have nothing to complain about, but deliberate misleading is not professional.

Rather central location but noisy from all traffic just outside door. Breakfast ok for Italy Dusty in the room, white curtains were grey of all dust. We found things under beds that probably belonged to previous guests... Beds were to hard

Good location, near to the center. At the reception was a very helpful guy. Expensive. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe it was at the 80'S. The carpets and the furnishing are very old. The breakfast is not what you are expecting from a 4 star hotel. Very expensive Internet. Only half our free.

The location is great, allowing you to easily walk to most sights in the historic portion of Padova. Parking is free (but reserve in advance). Breakfast was better than average. Staff was excellent and helpful. During April visit, the A/C was not yet operating and the room became quite hot with windows closed. With windows open, street noise was loud.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The price of Internet is exggerated. The price is 10€/hour or 17€/one day. I would not suggest this hotel for a business travel.

Almost everything. The bed, it was very firm and we didn't like that. Also we were only given one small pillow each for a king size bed, and they were firm too. They would give you more if you requested them I guess. There was no shower curtain or door, just a shower head that we couldn't turn on. The tub was nice if you like baths.

We chose Hotel Plaza for its ideal location in the heart of Padua, enabling exploration of this beautiful city, on foot. Both train and bus station are within walking distance, as long as you enjoy a decent walk (15 - 20 minutes), allowing for day trips to Venice and Verona. On our last full day in Padua we hopped on a bus (next to the train station) and travelled North to Cittadella, a medieval fortified town - well worth a visit. Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the hotel, we were treated to entertainment by the City Rhythm Orchestra from Philadelphia. We chose to eat at the hotel twice during a 7 day stay and I would certainly recommend this hotel, unless you are on a strict budget.
