Location Musty smell at the entrance. Mould on the ceiling and walls in the room. Cramped bathroom. Does not warrant 4 star status. Over priced. Complete hotel lacking in general maintenance. |

Die Zimmer bieten einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Bucht, auf der Terrasse hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne das Personal war sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig. Das Badezimmer war so sauber, aber an der einen oder anderen Stelle wären ein paar Arbeiten nötig. |

Ten czterogwiazdkowy hotel ma przepiękny widok na zatokę, natomiast standard, w tym wyciszenie pokoi nie jest do końca zadowalające. Goście, którzy przychodzili później na śniadanie mieli, mówić delikatnie, nie wesołe miny, gdyż nie było wiele do jedzenia poza kawą i rogalikiem. Jeżeli się upominali, to faktycznie można było jeszcze coś dostać do jedzenia. Plaża hotelu jest praktycznie niefunkcjonalna, zaniedbana i kamienista, warto się przejść na główna plażę w tych okolicach, która nazywa się Barbarossa, tj. około 2 km od hotelu. |

Nähe zur Ortschaft, Restaurants innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ja, leider mehreres. Das Hotel - obwohl es mit einer Grundrenovierung wirbt - ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sanitäranlagen sind veraltet und bedürften einer Erneuerung. Die erwähnte Bar íst zwar existent, man kann dort aber nichts konsumieren, ebenso gibt es keinen Restaurantbetrieb. Das Personal, das für die Bewirtung während des Frühstücks zuständig ist, scheint völlig ungeschult und im richtigen Umgang mit Gästen nicht versiert. |

Posizione centrale dell'albergo a Porto Azzurro. Magnifica vista sul golfo. Servizio prima colazione alquanto scadente, mancanza di prodotti freschi, tutti confezionati. Arancia in cartone invece di quella fresca. Uova inesistenti. Pane ancora da scaldare e da far raffreddare alle 09:00. Personale carente (pulizie camere e colazione, medesime persone). Hotel che non rispetta assolutamente la categoria 4 stelle. Manutenzione generale dell'edificio scarsa. |

solamente la vista il personale carente e menefreghista ,la colazione tutta confezionata ,preparata male e oltretutto mancava sempre qualcosa evidenzindo lacune propio nel servizio. Il letto è stato rifatto alla bene e meglio e la struttura è un po cadente. |

L'hôtel avait pris en compte notre demande, puisque nous étions dans la chambre la mieux exposée. Jouissant d'une vue magnifique sur le port de porto azurro. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Chambre propre et joliement décoré (mériterait un rafraîchissement tout de même). Parking appréciable. Petit déjeuner correct mais indigne d'un 4 étoiles (jus de fruits chimiques, fruits non frais...). Précisons que malgré l'emplacement privilégié de notre chambre et la date de notre séjour (basse saison), nous avons noté une insonorisation assez prononcée. |
