Hotel Plaza

Hotel Plaze is located in the centre of Sorrento; the ferry to Capri is at walking distance. Newly renovated the hotel offers nice rooms and a beautiful view and floating pool at the roof.

The size of the bathroom: very small.

Very modern, clean hotel. Location is perfect. Breakfast is very good.

Good location, beautiful decoration and standard of cleanliness, helpful staff.

Bit difficult to find as signage at the bottom of the stairs is very small. The room had no window which would have been a concern had we been there for more than one night. It rained heavily and the noise on the roof of the dining area was very loud

The staff were terrific. The woman on the reception desk was exceptionally friendly and most helpful.

The sun beds were uncomfortable.

the location of this hotel is amazing, it is right off the main square in Sorrento. The hotel itself is very nice and all the rooms are kepts spotlessly clean. We stayed in a standard room which more than met our expectations. The room was specious and the bathroom was fantastic with and amazing shower. Considering the location of the hotel and everything the hotel has to offer its guests including a very impressive roof terrace complete with a bar and pool, we found the hotel to be excelllant value for money.

We did not like the fact that when we arrived, even though we had booked a double room, we were put in a room with 2 single beds. I went straight to the front desk to ask for us to be moved to a double room but the person on reception told me that if I wanted to be upgraded to a double room I would have to pay extra. Obviously I did not accept this as we had booked a double room and had not intention of paying extra for something we had already booked. I persisted and eventually got to talk to another person who assured me that they would leave us in our current room but would change to beds to a double bed when we go out for dinner that evening. They were true to their word. No other issues for the rest of our stay.

Hotel has been recently renovated (1yr ago) and quite modern. Rooms are very nicely decorated, modern and clean. Bathroom is great, just a bit small. Enjoyed the pool on the roof. Although small, it provided a great refreshment for when we got back from touring for the day in the hot sun.

Rooms were a bit small and not much view as it's centrally located and surrounded by other buildings.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and accommodated any requests we had, especially car parking facilities. Breakfast buffet was the usual but the staff and the coffee were excellent. The hotel is central to Sorrento making it easy to access all the local facilities.

The only problem i had with this hotel was the pool. It was a roof top pool which meant it was very small. But this would not put me off going back again.

Friendly boutique style hotel, well placed for central Sorrento, close to the train station, five minutes walk to the Ferry to Capri.

The decoration is very modern and new. The staff nice and the breakfast very good.
