Nice location and has a taxi station right in front of it that always have some cabs waiting Really old and not renovated for a long time. Actually it has a charm of being that old but I saw some real water leaks in the hall that is absolutely magnificent. Staff is not gentile and lazy. No room service for food at night. Don't sell cigarettes. Service is absolutely not 5 star. Best rooms are junior suites at 5th floor - 562, 564, 566, 568 - huge terraces and views at piazza di Spagna |

Its central position, its grandeur....and dinner on the rooftop restaurant. The latter will be a night to remember & the waiter there was fantastic. Sometimes being ignored by concierge staff until they chatted while we waited to ask for key. |

The staff were excellent, expecially the Portuguese receptionist who was friendly and as helpful as one could wish for, the hotel has a delightful old world charm The air conditioning was antiquated and effective but not very quick due to lack of capacity |

the room was very very old and uncomfortable, i could listen my neighbourg !! & not clean for this type of hotel, need to be renovated and insonorised !!! and urgent |

mi aspettavo un servizio adeguato rispetto al costo invece l'unica cosa apprezzabile è la posizione centrale. le camere sono vecchie, carenti di manutenzione e poco ospitali |

Die Lage ist für eine Städtereise ideal und sehr gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß, ruhig und die Aussicht perfekt Das Hotel ist in keinem besonders guten Zustand, Personal ist korrekt aber nicht sehr freundlich, Restaurantservice und Qualität des Frühstücks sind nicht dem Preis entsprechend |
