The location was good and the history of the hotel. The staff was very rude and refuse to turn on the heating in our room, even though the website specified heating/cooling. It was about 50 degrees each morning and cold at night!!! It was a very upsetting experience. |

Great location. Large room, especially for Rome's Centre. Beautiful XIX centuary design & deco. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay :) WATCH OUT - the breakfast is an Italian Sweet delight... Reception personel - a bit arrogant/ usually pretending not to see you/ never saying good morning etc... Dirty floor carpet - not cleaned with a vacuum cleaner for days (both room & main stairs) |

It's location. Rooms/bathrooms are very old not clean even to normal standards. Beds are steel structure not wood even headboard which makes the room low standard. All wood furnishing pieces are very much worn out. The safe box in the room is loosely fixed it can be easily pulled by hand . |

Nice location and has a taxi station right in front of it that always have some cabs waiting Really old and not renovated for a long time. Actually it has a charm of being that old but I saw some real water leaks in the hall that is absolutely magnificent. Staff is not gentile and lazy. No room service for food at night. Don't sell cigarettes. Service is absolutely not 5 star. Best rooms are junior suites at 5th floor - 562, 564, 566, 568 - huge terraces and views at piazza di Spagna |

Отель удачно расположен в центральной части города, в пешеходной доступности до всех мест, которые необходимо посетить в Риме. В гостинице, а особенно в номере ужасно холодно (на улице было гораздо комфортнее).По выходным дням не работает прачечная. Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего, такого еще не видел ни в одной гостинице мира (йогурт, булочка, чай или кофе). Если вы привыкли кушать яичницу по-утрам, выложите примерно 13 евро. При бронировании ранего заезда в гостиницу, с уточнением даты приезда, номер готов не был. Около часа пришлось ждать в холле, причем по отношению персонала чувствовалось, что нам делают одолжение. Никогда больше не остановлюсь в этой гостинице. |

Beliggenheten er absolutt den største fordelen (men også kanskje den eneste). Renovasjon - hotellet er veldig gammelt og standardnivået er langt ifra fem stjerner. Fasilitetene var veldig dårlige. Det var nesten umulig å bruke datamaskin og internett på det såkalte business centret. Hotellpersonalet kunne vært mer hyggelig. Frokosten var veldig skuffende - nesten ikke noe utvalg. Det var ikke noe oppvarming på rommet og jeg fikk beskjed fra resepsjonen at det ikke var mulig å skru den på. Endte opp med å fryse begge nettene på et fem-stjerners hotell. |

La posizione dell'albergo è perfetta oltre al servizio ottimo ed attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Le camere sono rifinite con gusto ed hanno un particolare charme. Le Terrazze dell'hotel non hanno paragoni. |

Очень удобно расположен, близко и до всех достопримечательностей и до магазинов.Персонал достаточно доброжелателен и общителен, есть русско говорящий представитель. Европейский завтрак хуже,чем в некоторых 3-х звездочных отелях, нет инструкции для сейфа, весь день бубнит музыка с улицы, где танцуют брейк данс, стены в номере просто покрашены краской. |

Die Lage ist für eine Städtereise ideal und sehr gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß, ruhig und die Aussicht perfekt Das Hotel ist in keinem besonders guten Zustand, Personal ist korrekt aber nicht sehr freundlich, Restaurantservice und Qualität des Frühstücks sind nicht dem Preis entsprechend |
