Experience the heart of Rome staying in an elegant palace, formerly the residence of a noble family. Hotel Delle Nazioni offers a luxurious approach to the Eternal City.
Score from 887 reviews Very good
Hotel is beautifull and at the time when was built must off been absolutly amazing. You really see the money spent when it was built. Excellent location.
Outside can get quite noisy, so if you are a light leeper request the atrium rooms. Room 320 has such a soft bad that it is tottaly uncomfortable. We slept also in other room and there the bed was very good.
The location was great. Walking distance from just about everything.
The room had an alarming odor near the bathroom area. Smelled like the pipes were bad. Laundry staff took it upon themselves to decide when our laundry should be returned to us. And the price surely did not match the accomodation at all.
The manager and the front desk
Location - lobby
Location, friendly staff
Sphere (not for young crowd), electricity in the room (use only the red socket!), TV in room bad quality.
I loved the building, the fact that it is so well preserved and has this historic elegance to it, well taken care of and well run. After one night stay felt like home. Our room was large and with nice view of the street. Bustling location and fun especially if you are travelling as a couple or with your teenage child. Walking distance to metro, popular plazas, taxi stand in front of the hotel. Very very nice and would recommend it. Very attentive staff as well. Love it!
Overall nothing too disturbing. The hotel is old (1860) so some of the rooms may need a little bit more renovation. The pillows were a bit on the hard side, and our room door had a problem with the key, it could not be locked from inside. We got an upgrade after informing reception. What else can you ask for?
the location of the hotel is very nice and in one of the vital street in Rome.
old building where they need to do some rehabiliation elevator was having a bad smell all the time elevator tend to have some electrical problem espeaclly when you need to use it
I love the service provided by Fabio, the door man. I also love the architecture but that needs to be renovated.
Elevators smell like an open sewer and bathrooms are too small.
The building was / is magnificent, but in dire need of some maintenance. I would love to see her restored to her former glory
Location was great. Lots of food, sights, shops around the corner.
We had requested three cribs, one/room, and there was not one, until the following day (we insisted that they go buy it if needed) Temperature of the rooms was unreliable. It was unusually cold outside, and probably taxed the heating system. Depending on where your room was located, it could be either very warm or too cold. The restaurant manager was very grumpy, and barely let us stay and eat (it was 10:00 at night).
A fabulous hotel which combines the elegance of old Rome with all the facilities and services one expects from a five star hotel. The personnel from start to finish were superb.
Room size, Bed quality, Character and location.
Distinct sewer smell in the lobby. Street noise in the rooms. The breakfast was once the best in Rome however things must be tough. It was very average.
Position of the hotell
The tv in our room doesn't work, internet doesn't exist, the young man and youn lady in front desk impolite
I loved the location and architecture of the hotel. Bellman Fabio did a wonderful job. He was very helpful and courteous. I also highlight the service at the bar. Very nice and well trained staff.
Elevators smell like an open sewer. It was disgusting. The whole hotel needs a major renovation but the rooms were clean.
good location if you want to be near good shopping.
No concierge service. Had to ask reception staff for help...very mixed results. The facilities are very dated...baths need some updating.
This hotel is well located in the centre of the shopping district and easy walking distance to all main attractions in Rome
Noisy location Rooms need renovating Some staff need renovating - rude and indifferent yet others excellent DO NOT STAY Here - there are far far better places in Rome Heating / AC not working properly One bed collapsed
Very beautifull building
Very bad conditions for a five stars hotel.
The location was perfect and the staff were friendly &really nice to us , thank you
Old facilities, bathroom are terrible ( the bathroom heater doesn't work ) ,bed were not comfy at all , breakfast was poor , and there are little touches here and there which doesn't make it a 5* hotel
Excellent location and old glamour.
Hotel requires significant renovation with cleaning of walls in dining room, furniture etc.
location is excellent. hotel interior.
Room number 319. there was no heating in the room. Neither heater not air conditioner were working! Staff at the reception offered me another room, but I was travelling on business purpose ( 2 night stay in the hotel),so had very little time and did not have time whatsoever to relocate all our luggage. PLEASE solve this issue, as this is a huge discomfort for hotel guests. If I had to stay in the hotel the whole day (not spending time out on business purpose) this heating issue would have spoilted the whole Italia experience.
Splendid property in a super location!
Cold in all rooms of the hotel - all clients were complaining at breakfast. Cockroach in the room! They didn't give us the reserved rooms, but only after discussions. The property is left to ruin. It was our second stay but will never come back!
Great location I think the best in Rome, in the middle of shopping streets and most of attraction in a walking distance
My room was small, no great view, Cant connect to WiFi easily sometime it takes one hour to connect didn't try the breakfast or any other facility in the hotel ... cant comment
The fantastic lounge arae
Some beds are old with springs..
Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. A wonderful central location in the heart of the shopping district.
Staff lived up to the five star rating!
Rooms are in disrepair...bathrooms floors cracked and head boards not attached to beds so they bang against the wall (some have zip ties securing them to the wall!) Way to expensive for what you get. Over the top decorations noting a time long gone by...1930s? Would not stay here again.
