In Rome’s historic center, just over a quarter mile from the Spanish Steps, Infinity Hotel has free Wi-Fi throughout. An international breakfast is served daily.

The Aleph Luxury is a chic and designer hotel featuring a rooftop terrace bar with panoramic views of Rome. It offers a quiet location, 220 yards from Barberini Metro Station.
Score from 288 reviews Very good

Excellent shopping area, convenient to subway and buses
The breakfast selection was boring
The location is superb. Near shops, restaurants, we'll known brands and the Spanish Steps. The taxi stop is right in front the hotel.
Very small room. Not worth the money I spent for a 5 star hotel. They only give you one key for the room. Uncomfortable bed and the whole room looks like from the 1930s (squeaky steel noisy bed). Not worth it at all. I have been in a better B&B than this hotel. All in all I will never stay at this hotel again.
Historic and beautiful building, close to the main attractions, nice breakfast, good wifi connection.
Mattress too soft, noise from the corridors, expensive price for what is offered.
Excellent location and great breakfast
Communication with the staff was soo bad!
Ideally located and very good value
If you like classy stay in Rome in a stilish hotel with a bit of patina on it this is the right choice
Nothing important to complain about (only if you were a red-neck you would complain) :)
It was very central . The room was nice and had and classic style. The hallways and and breakfast room were very ornate. The room itself was kept very clean.
shower had no power and took a long time to heat up. Room service plates left outside rooms were not cleaned up for hours one time they were still there the next morning.
Magnificant publick rooms, first class restaurant, accomidating staff.
Location is super. We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 kids. Was great and for a good price.
Hotel old fashioned and dark. Rooms look tired but were good price. Not very lively. Big groups. Breakfast was terrible and no sunlight coming in. Curtains closed. Roof terrace was closed on Monday. No possibility to sit outside.
While the reception staff was multi-lingual and reasonably friendly, they also portrayed a haughty and dogmantic attitude. The restaurant is not appealing.
The building is wonderful
The cleaning service wasn't satisfitory
Room was beautiful, Breakfast was scrummy Value for money Would definately stay here again!!
Reception staff were dour faced and unhelpful except for one beautiful young female receptionist who had a great understanding of people!! Thank you for all your help with my missing duty free. :))
I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, I liked only the location of the hotel
Staff, cleanes of the hotel, no parking, they don't have adapters, no coffee maker in the room, the room is furniture is very old, no iron available in the room I really consider this hotel to have 3 stars instead of 5 stars.
The Wi Fi was shocking - very difficult to get coverage.
Proximity to sights, cleanliness, class, and comfort
bit expensive but you get what you pay for
wifi worked! staff was great, room was good. Beautiful architecture!
Bath tub leaked to a flood after 2nd person showered, Price was high. Lock and lights were difficult to manage AC was hard to figure out how to work, but did work great with help of staff. Dust due to heavy curtains
very bad service and poor berkfast
We had two quite different experiences when we stayed in this hotel twice (going off for a three-day tour in between). For our first stay, the room wasn't ready at 2.00. In most hotels you would be upgraded or they would do something. Instead we were left to sit around for three quarters of an hour waiting and wasting our tourist time! The young female receptionist was rude and uncaring. Our room was okay but not wonderful. You would have had to climb out a window to reach the small balcony. However, we had a wonderful view of the local basilica. The second time we were in the very best room of any we stayed in in Italy. It was luxurious. It was extremely spacious, tastefully decorated. There were lounge chairs in the bedroom. The bathroom also had lounge chairs and a spa bath. Then a further bathroom had a shower, toilet and bidet. The balcony had plants surrounding it so you felt like you were in your own little garden. The men on reception were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is poor for a five-star hotel and poor by comparison with all three-star hotels we stayed in in Italy.
Location was excellent...
Very busy hotel!! They don't have time to help u... Even the breakfast was very poor not alot of choices..
Roomservice / food
Very beautiful building and lobby
- Poor breakfast buffet - Unfriendly staff (no hello, no welcome, no service at all) - Room facilities (broken safe, no kettle, only one tv station, very poor bathroom with damaged/deteriorated ceiling - damaged door lock (room access card reader) - no wellness, spa or sport facilities (this is supposed to be a five star hotel in the luxury category)
Luxurious common area with an opulent ball room that is furnished to allow guests to sit and enjoy. The bar staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for what I was looking for. (Traveling with elder parents with limited mobility). Taxi's were always available outside the entrance. Gorgeous roof garden bar and restaurant with a view.
Elevator rugs should be vacuumed. Room guide/booklet info was out of date. There were times I would need to ask 3 times for something simple, and still never get it. However, there were problems that were solved immediately as well. A 5 star hotel should have WiFi that works in the rooms.
Staff , splendour , location a true Gem and very Roman in all aspects Great Stay will be back
Slight early morning noise from Waste in street
Poor breakfast ,no service to speak of. They do not even say good morning on arrival or ever come to think of it.they have no social skills.I am shocked that booking .com still list this hotel ,I will think twice regarding who I book with .
