The Duplex room we booked was beautifully decorated, spacious with floor to ceiling doors opening to a glorious view over the Arno. Also, very tasty buffet breakfast. Reservation staff, in particular Silvia, were extremely helpful. Menu in restaurant was quite limited. A bit more seafood on the menu would have been nice. We arrived from Dublin at 4.15pm not having had any lunch. Full Room service didn't operate between 2 and 7pm when kitchen was closed. However, We did get a very tasty ham and cheese sandwich! |

la gentillesse du staff , mais sur 100 chambres seule une dizaine ont une sdb avec baignoire , domage les pourtant grandes sdb n'ont qu'une douche ou il est difficile de se laver sans se cogner aux parois , bizare , ne faites pas tomber le savon , vous ne pourriez pas le ramasser sans sortir de la douche !!! |

Die Sauberkeit & die Zentralelage. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Das Spülwasser hört nicht einfach automatisch auf. Man muß das Geräch immer im Kaufnehmen, besonders schlim nachts. Das Fernsehen hat nur italienische Kanäle mit schlechtem Empfang. Dies betrifft insbesonder das einzige ausländische Programm CNN, wobei man nur Gereuch hat & ein wimmerdes schwarzweis Bildschirm. Das Frühstück ist Fantasielos. & Armselig. Es hat kein Grünes, geschweige von dem fehlendem Kochei. Die Internetgebühren sind gewaltig für diejenigen, die keinen Leptop haben (Stunde: 5 Euro ??!!) |

personnel serviable et parlant français, petits déjeuner copieux et complets, la terrasse sur l'Arno, la proximité du centre ville, le garage fermé. dans la catégorie choisie, chambre de luxe avec terrasse au 4ème étage, salle de bains sans baignoire et douche très petite ! |

El hotel está situado en una zona perfecta para visitar Florencia caminando.Su personal siempre ha sido muy amable y nos han facilitado las informaciones que hemos necesitado.Hay personal que habla español.El comedor es muy agradable y el desayuno es razonablemente bueno.Las habitaciones muy limpias,cambian las sabanas todos los dias.Las dobles clasicas son pequeñas. En el baño, la ducha es fija, y la mampara un poco pequeña.Si van personas mayores mejor pedir baño sin bañera, pues esta es estrecha e incomoda para ducharse.Nosotros pedimos una y la pega fué que tenia cabina de ducha pero la habitacion era la mas pequeña de todas. |
