The hotel staff were fabulous attentive without being intrusive !!! Nothing Appeared to be a problem !!! Tourist train and ferry information was Better than the loal tourist agency !!! Have no problem in recommending The hotel For its facilities and location !!!!i. It's 10 out of 10

This is a typical north Italian hotel. Genuine mid-range quality with added bonus of very helpful desk willing to give time and support when significant transport difficulties in Como. I will certainly use it again. Breakfast self serve coffee awful (have tea instead).

Price was correct as I was traveling alone from Germany to France and only needed a bed for a single night's rest. Easy to get to and courteous service. I was in my room 2 minutes after I walked in the door. Breakfast was fresh and copious. Wifi signal was a little weak and did not seem to work at all in the morning before departing.

Rosella, the front desk manager, was more than outstanding. Very kind and helpful, available to help at the first question. The room was comfortable, the shower and bathroom clean and nice, with a nice towel warmer. It had been pouring rain and I was able to dry my clothes with the towel rack. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was accommodating and kind. There had been some sort of problem with my credit card and Rosella had saved my room and was gracious and understanding.

The hotel has a great location, central to town centre shopping and also to lake Como. However the road does not appear on SatNav, so make sure you have a streetmap, or do what we did and use a taxi to take us there (following in the car). We could park the car right outside (for a fee) but you do need to prebook this with the hotel. Bedroom small but adequate. Bathroom small but excellent. Good breakfast especially the pastries. Little cafe on same side of road as hotel (a tobacconist) does a nice coffee. In the nearby square, there are 3 restaurants in a row, and we recommend the 1st one, nearest the monument, coz they do home- made pasta (seabass in ravioli was fab). Restaurants right by the lake were overpriced.

Excellent located, right in the city center and just a few steps from the the lake, nice and helpful personnel. We especially appreciated that it was very clean. I would recommend it. No free parking place. There was a public parking in front of the hotel, but you had to pay 2 Euro / hour during the day. Still, it was free from 8 pm to 8 am so this wouldn’t be a real problem if you go arround by car during the day. The room was very small, but we expected it, that's what all hotel rooms are like in Italy :).
