スタッフもとても親切で、部屋も冷蔵庫もついていて綺麗で快適でした。バスタブはなかったけれど、シャワー- 室が広くて綺麗でした。朝食の種類は週末と平日との差があまりに酷かったので残念です。 |

Centrally located hotel close to local facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel was well run - they even catered for our bicycles in the basement |

The location was very good and the car parking was reasonable. There was no free internet as advertised, the rooms were fairly hot and we had some problems with the car parking. |

It could actually be a nice hotel - the furnishings and bathroom were good quality and the bed comfortable. The air-conditioning in our room did not work, and it was really hot. We had to open the window, which made it very noisy as it's on a major intersection, but it was still too hot to sleep. The staff (at least the evening/night receptionist) were very unhelpful and unconcerned, and we were not even offered a discount. I'm very glad we only had one night there - it was terrible! |

Very good rooms - good airco - bathroom was luxurious - explendid breakfast - frendly staff - It was not quiet at night. Hardley slept. |

The hotel was clean and efficient. Rooms were big and bathrooms clean and with many accessories. Breakfast was very good and varied. |

The hotel was ideally situated for my stay in Como. It was within easy walking distance from the railway station and perfectly situated for wandering around the town. Nearby eateries were good. It was advertised as having a shuttle service to the airport. This is no longer the case. Transport to the airport that was organised for me was very expensive. |

2 things. The first - only one pillow in the room - not that important but normally there us always a second available. More serious was the outrageous price demamded for wifi. Euro 2 per 15 minutes - i.e. Euros 8 per hour. |

Rooms unbelievably small! The room should NOT be classified as a double just because it had a double bed in it! Wifi not working and no ice available for drinks! Staff lacked interest (apathetic). |

War angenehm überrascht vom Hotel, freundlicher Empfang, rasches Einchecken am Abend, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Die Zimmergrösse dürfte etwas grösser sein. Hat nur ca 10 m2. Badezimmer dafür gross und top ( inkl. Föhn ) |
