The hostel offered a lot of services, such as a swimming pool, laundry services and a bar.

The room was really humid and wasn´t the cleanest.

The hostel is very nice and clean, friendly staff. The pool is very cool also

It was perfectly at the city center. If you are staying for a couple of days and want to see many things, it is a very good choice. It was clean and comfortable. It is a nice place to stay for the young travellers.

The facilities, which are far beyond the average hostel! Also the location and the price.

The internet didn't work, but this is a country-wise problem apparently.

Value for money. They have all necessary facilities with FREE Wi-fi. The room (even the dorm type) is quite spacious and clean. Plus it's easy to find, located not far from the city centre and all attractions.

They have a bar in the basement that can be noisy for those who love quiet & peaceful place.

Location, one staff member was really helpful, i dont knows his name. Close to main train station.

Friendly staff speaking excellent English who were always extremely helpful and friendly.

Noise from some other groups of travellers usually younger people who were not properly supervised by their teachers.

It was a reasonable price. If you are a couple it is better to pay a bit more for a hotel with breakfast.

The Plus Florence is located near to the train station Santa Maria Novella, so you can arrive at this station and just walk to the hostel. It is also very well located to walk around the city and visit the main points in the city.

Difficult to get to - GPS in hire car tried to direct us across concrete barricade in centre of road and then up a one-way street. Gave up and drove to car park station instead. Had to make our way to hostel by tram and on foot wheeling luggage behind us.

The atmosphere, the helpful staff.

The price is slightly on the higher side.

The bed was so unconfortable that I was almost going to sleep at the lobby.

It is more than hostel. Its really great.

I hosted on several floors on the silent street. Convenient arrangement in relation to the downtown and the railway station. Very friendly personnel. Rooms after repair, fresh bed linen. From a roof the good look opens.

Breakfasts at additional expense - 6 euros - I don't advise. Limited range, tastelessly. The inaccurate hall, horrific images on walls and in general design of rooms, a stale smell in places of the general prlzovaniye. Repair was recently, but general impression of an attrition and dirt.

Free sauna & pool. Excelent price - quality ratio. Very good location to explore the city
