Nice localisation, cats and horses. Close to Firenze but in the heart of Tuscany village. Great breakfasts, very nice and helpful staff and owners. Great atmosphere.

Quite difficult to get there even with GPS. The propoer localisation is village Anselmo (commune di Montespertoli). In Anselmo you will find road signs to Podere Dell'Anselmo.

Lovely family and great staff, who make you feel very welcome! We just loved the fresh cooked meals (tuscan kitchen, what else?) and the wines from Fabrizio's own vineyard. Great place to stay, but also to use it as a home base for trips to surrounding cities or other places of interest. Could have stayed much longer....

The staff of the Hotel (Sigrun and especially Iulia!)made an enormous effort in providing customer service and hospitality. They really chaised to airport and airline, to get my lost suitcase back and had succes1 Thanks a lot!

This was a lovely property surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. We had a family (2 bedroom) apartment which was well laid out. The kitchen was old but ok. The owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly and it was a pleasure sharing meals (and lots of wine) with other guests in the evenings. Breakfast was lovely. The whole atmosphere is delightful, and we really enjoyed meeting and chatting with other travellers. Our daughter had a riding lesson which was great fun. Sadly it wasn't warm enough to use the pool area, but would love to return in the summer months!!!

Initially a bit tricky to find, and the dirt road is a bit worse for wear!

The friendly atmosphere created by the owners always ready to provide you with useful tips for sightseeing or good restaurants nearby. The dinner organized for hotel guests: everyone around 1 big table, like a family gathering. The absolutely fabulous house products (olive oil and vine). Perfect location to visit Florence/Pisa/Sienna and the Chianti region. We went off season and were not very lucky with the weather but the swimming pool, the horse riding facility and the gardens looked very tempting!

The dinners with the other guests and the wine of the house was very nice.

Loved the countryside views, the people, food and hospitality.

A very friendly & welcoming & inclusive atmosphere, we were made to feel very much at home & part the hotel 'family' in whatever events were being organised. Wine tasting etc. The hosts very informal approach put at ease throughout & added to our stay.

A lovely stay with a lovely family who make you feel so so welcome! Nice pool and horse riding. Food is fantastic. We will be back !

Great dinner, especially the house wine

We were traveling with a parent to visit Tuscany including Florence and the hill towns. Podere Dell'Anselmo is a winery with lovely open air dinners that is perfectly located for our activities. Owners Fabrizio and Annetta were marvelous and very thoughtful. The pool was a perfect place to cool off in the evening with our new german friends.

Almost Everything... :-) The team is great, the pool, the view, the location - its perfect.

Fantastic staff. Great location near Florence. A perfect place to stay for a week. We got the room with the fireplace !

Il vino ed il cibo

Il podere è molto bello, immerso nella natura. C'è a disposizione anche un maneggio con molti cavalli quindi è possibile prendere lezioni (a pagamento) per imparare ad andare a cavallo o anche per fare passeggiate.

Il nostro appartamento era confinante con la cucina del podere e quindi anche con la sala colazioni. In particolare la camera da letto era attaccata alla cucina quindi in la mattina già dalle 7:30 si sentivano rumori di pentole, piatti, sedie e quant'altro.. Il tutto anche dopo pranzo e a cena (quindi se volete riposare bene, chiedete se la vostra camera è adiacente a questi spazi). Inoltre l'appartamento è un po' freddo e in camera da letto non c'è la televisione ma solo all'ingresso dell'appartamento.

Très bon accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, la cuisine est excellente, le vin de la propriété est très bon, superbement bien situé pour visiter cette magnifique région qu'est la Toscane. Je conseille vivement et pour les enfants aussi... Pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter Florence pensez au train la gare est située à Montelupo (billet sur borne avec multiple-langue)...

Das Podere Dell'Anselmo bietet genau die richtige Mischung aus landschaftlicher Idylle, absoluter Herzlichkeit der Inhaber und Mitarbeiter sowie köstlichem landestypischen Essen und tollen Weinen. Speziell für Alleinreisende kann ich das Agritourismo uneingeschränkt empfehlen: Man fühlt sich - insbesondere durch die gemeinsamen Abendessen in lockerer Atmosphäre am großen Tisch - sofort herzlich aufgenommen. Highlight sind die vier- oder fünfgängigen Dinner, die jeden Abend (auf freiwilliger Basis - man kann sich hierfür in eine Liste eintragen) stattfinden. Für 25 Euro bekommt man über mehrere Stunden hinweg köstliche, bodenständige toskanische Küche, Wasser/Kaffee und leckeren Wein vom Weingut - ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, bei dem sich sowohl Gruppen, Familien als auch Alleinreisende und Pärchen wohl und toll bewirtet fühlen. Ich selbst war ohne Auto unterwegs, was kein Problem war, da das Podere auch einen sehr freundlichen, Englisch sprechenden Fahrer zu beliebten (die Ganztages-Touren kosten zwischen 50 und 100 Euro) Zielen engagiert. Ich komme gern wieder!

Einzig die vielen Fliegen haben ein bisschen gestört - Fliegengitter wären für die Zukunft empfehlenswert.

If you are looking for a agri-tourism experience, you must book this place for your next vacation in Tuscany. A beautiful farm setting where the owners grow their own grapes and make their own wine. We were given a lesson on wine making and were able to taste the various wines. We even got in on a cooking class which encompassed a whole meal and were able to enjoy the meal that we helped prepare. We had a most enjoyable time with our hosts Fab and Annette and would definitely return to this villa.

The only thing was that Podere Dell'Anselmo is not clearly defined on GPS and we got lost when we first arrived.

L'allegria, la simpatia e la grinta dei proprietari.

Trés bon acceuil et ambiance convivial en pleine campagne,mais pas trop loin de villes a visiter. Fabrizio et Aneth nous ont donné envie de revenir dans ce superbe endroit. Repas excellent et pour les amateurs trés bon vins du domaine. A recommander donc !

Het personeel is erg gastvrij, je voelt je welkom. Podere Dell'Anselmo heeft niet veel kamers, wat het verblijf intiem en gemoedelijk maakt. Het eten is super lekker, we hebben hier meerdere keren gegeten, terwijl dit in eerste instantie niet ons plan was. De locatie is redelijk goed. Florence is ongeveer 40 min. rijden en Siena 1 uur.

Het enige minpunt vind ik dat de strandbedden niet goed waren. Er waren er enkele stuk.
