Pretty difficult to get there. I think it's easiest if you travel from the East Coast towards Siena - then you hit the right exit off the main road and look for the direction sign towards the location. We were less fortunate and getting to the place took us about an hour.
Wi-Fi was rather weak (we had problems catching the signal and even then the connection was slow)
No breakfast - the kitchen had some products to start with, but basically you need to go shopping first thing after arrival and there is no shop nearby (the closest is about 5-8 km away).
No wine - we were told that the winery did not have a great year for wines so we had to drive to Montepulciano for tasting.
It is a challenge to navigate across narrow, winding roads of Tuscany and it would be a great help if someone directed us to the wineries that are worth seeing. Instead, we were just trying various places and often failing ...
Very cosy apartment, with big bed, comfortable dining-room, well-equipped kitchen and exit to the garden.
Swimming pool was quite big and clean, with a view on Tuscany hills. We could use it also after the check-out, which was great :)
The hostess provided materials informing about main tourist attractions nearby. The girl helping her (Valentina) made sure we arrived at the place and also was very helpful when we asked about recommendations regarding wine and cheese.
The place is great for families who prefer to spend a few days in one location (not travelling around) or people who are well-oriented in the area and like to organise the time themselves.
