We enjoyed the setting and the outstanding view of the surrounding Tuscan/Umbrian hills and Montepulciano. The restaurant was excellent with a creative menu and superb service. This was a good value due to the reduced rates offered through booking.com. The greeting by Gregorio upon arrival was most welcoming. There was an offensive smell - cleaning solvents or insect repellent - which was quite strong during the day in the lobby and in our room. We were unable to swim in the pool because it had not been cleaned after a storm a few days earlier. |

The staff was fantastic! So welcoming and friendly, and just lovely. Even though it was the very end of the season and the resort was going to be closing for the winter, no one made us feel like we were being "rushed out" or we had overstayed. The location was perfect - about a 5 minute walk from Gardone Riviera. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly, and would definitely stay there again. A special thanks to Manuela on the front desk, who helped us arrange an end-of-season boat ride. A truly wonderful hotel. |

I liked the nice superior room with the tower bathroom. The breakfast was more than good with good cappuccino, fresh pastry and excellent jams, especially orange marmelade. I did not like the insects (chinch) in the bathroom that went on the light and started burning... and smelling bad. I did not like the fact that although I informed the receptionist about that, telling them what to clean, I came back in the evening and it was not cleaned. I did not like the fact that behind the windows there are lots of chinches ready to enter in the bathroom. |

Beautiful scenery, gorgeous hotel, alot of effort in the planning - only open a year and a half. Rooms comfortable and very clean. relaxing break but not really walking distance to anywhere so car needed. Montepulciano is a 10km walk. Staff were friendly and curteous in the main, though bar by pool shut for 30mins when barman went on his break. Expensive food and drink though the food is excellent and woth the money. Didn't appear to be any senior managers so Staff in danger of letting things slide I feel. Staff sunbathing by pool for instance? |

I enjoyed the surroundings, the food, the rooms and the design of the place. Beautiful and very calming. The spa was a surprise and it had many treatments to fulfill anyones imagination. The hotel personnel could have been more attentive. It was good but the property and the location portrays a higher level of service. |

Beautiful location, not that hard to find as expected (they have signs on the road). The pools were great.Next time I'll try the spa as well. The room we had was a bit outdated (especially compared to the overall look of the resort), but it looked like they also have better rooms. I wish the restaurant had a wider choice and longer opening hours. |

a real treat..lovely spacious, comfortable rooms, lovely views, gorgeous bathtub. dinner was delicious ...one of the nicest meals i've ever eaten. very peaceful. wasps at breakfast!!! i know this cant be helped. you should serve fresh juice for breakfast also. |

Very customer oriented for most of the staff, nice pool, lot of space, very well maintained Unacceptable : 10 euros for 2 eggs (without bacon) for the breakfast !, no fresh juices, etc breakfast buffet is simply unacceptable for a **** hotel !, bed was - to us - very hard, also hard to accept : fact that people ''reserve'' their chair near the swimming pool without being there all day long ! |

Great room, spa, swimming pools, restaurant. Attentive service. The bar staff went out of their way to find mint to make me a mojito when they had none in. You'll struggle to find better than this resort at this price. Book it, we loved it. The bar was shut when we returned from an evening out at 11pm for a nightcap. The hotel literature had said it was open until 2400hrs. |

The hotel is new, it is in the middle of Tuscan countryside.The views from the room are wonderfull and the the surroundings are very guiet. A nice place to relax and explore Tuscany. It is very hard to find it. |

The resort offers an excellent enviroment in a traditional and quite area. As mentioned above, me and my family we were not happy with the idea of having to pay an extra cost of 60 Euros ( My 2 sons are 3 and 9 years old) in order to be able to use the SPA pool, which was described as an interior pool on your webside, and no extra cost was mentioned. Actually this was the reason why we sellected your resort. |

The setting is spectacular and the hotel is very beautiful. Accommodations and facilities were excellent. It would be great if there was lighting for the Hotel Sign at the end of the drive as it was very hard to see at night and easy to miss. |

Ho soggiornato presso la Junior suite executive, ed è meravigliosa!la consiglio veramente a tutti!!! La nota negativa, consiste nel metodo di prenotazione. Vengono bloccati i soldi corrispondenti alla propria prenotazione sulla carta di credito per circa 10/15 gg, e bisogna comunque saldare il conto in hotel. Avendo effettuato la prenotazione con una carta ricaricabile, ho riscontato dei disagi, poichè non è specificato da nessuna parte questo tipo di operazione e non ero stata avvertita di saldare il tutto in loco. |
