Poggio Bello is housed in a 14th-century villa surrounded by a vast and quiet garden with tables and chairs. It offers elegant traditionally furnished rooms with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Cleaned daily, each room boasts antique items and fine tiled floors. Each includes a TV, electric kettle and minibar. Homemade cakes, pastries and cookies are served for breakfast in a communal lounge. Hidden in the Tuscany hills, the Poggio Bello villa is 5 km outside Florence. A bus stopping 500 metres away offers direct links to the city centre. Amerigo Vespucci Airport is a 25-minute drive away. It is 14th century villa where owners still live but they decided to make one part of the house for guests. It is great way to experience living like the count. Beautiful, endless garden and country side view is truly amazing. Big plus is that it is village but it is also 30 min walking to Florence center! Amazing location! By car it is 10 min. and there is also a bus stop near so every option is available. Rooms are like staying in castle but completly new. Breakfast is typicaly Italian - fresh pastry and other types of sweets like croissants, domestic marmelade, plus ham, chesse among other things... It takes a little time for hot water to come but besade that everything was perfect

This place offers a wonderful location, with history and optimal service. It is placed 15´from downtown Florence (by bus), which allow you to get more quietness—particularly at nights. It is a 1400s place, with beautiful design they owners have magnificently managed to preserve. It also offers a superb service; bathrooms are excellently equipped, breakfast was outstanding, cleanness remarkable and they owners make you really feel as friends rather than guests.

Villa antica immersa nel verde. Stanze arredate con gusto e cura dei particolari che creano un clima intimo e sereno. Ottima e ricca colazione. Cordialità e gentilezza, sincera ospitalità dei propietari. Soggiorno speciale...da ripetere.

La decoración y mobiliario de estilo antiguo toscano, el entorno de la casa en medio de la naturaleza, su absoluta tranquilidad solo rota por el canto de las aves que anidan en el arbolado de gran porte del jardin, la amabilidad y cercania de la familia, sus utiles informaciones sobre las mejores visitas a Florencia y entorno..... Tal vez la complicada busqueda de la casa, es conveniente localizarla por gps por medio de las coordenadas, longitud - latitud. Después te enseñan otra manera de acceder más cómoda.

Atmosfera incredibile, un vero e proprio tuffo nel passato. La cordialità dei proprietari, lo splendido parco secolare immerso nella campagna Toscana a due passi dal centro.

Che fosse immerso nel verde a pochissimi km dal centro di Firenze.. La gentilezza dei gestori, l'ottimo servizio di colazione.. Scoprire solo all'arrivo che il bagno "in camera" della stanza economy, fosse proprio parte integrante della stanza.. (Senza porta) gestibile per noi.. Ma per altre coppie magari può rappresentare un problema.

posizione comodissima per visitare la città e soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto. Ma ci sono anche gli autobus comodi. Posizione tranquilla, immerso in un grande bosco privato, ma a 5 minuti d'auto dal centro di Firenze. L'accoglienza è familiare e ci si sente davvero a casa. La gentilezza delle persone e la loro grande disponibilità completano perfettamente la cornice già eccellente del luogo. le camere arredate con estrema cura. colazione ricca per varietà, abbondante, e di qualità. L'attenzione e l'orientamento verso gli ospiti sono ai massimi livelli, sono sicura che non verrete delusi.

La villa è posta in prossimità di Piazzale Michelangelo, è una struttura antica con un bellissimo giardino. Il mio soggiorno è stato incantevole per la piacevole ospitalità dei suoi proprietari. La nostra stanza era molto bella, curata nei dettagli ed assolutamente unica. Colazione ricca. Cordialità e signorile gentilezza dei proprietari. Un soggiorno indimenticabile, da ripetere.
