Hatten DZ gebucht und ein Appartment erhalten. Dies war okay, aber das es keinen Service gab (Handtücherwechsel, Toilettenpapier etc.) war nicht in Ordnung.

Nice surrounding, perfect for relaxation and you wanna play golf. It's about 20 minutes from city center Firenze (by car). The appartments are good, clean and a nice terrace. In case you wanna have breakfast organized by them, you have to make an reservation. Little shopping center nearby. In my opinion value for money!

It was difficult to find the location (late at night)

Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, with walkut patio overlooking the hills for Tuscany.it was about a 20 minute drive to Florence city centre.

Weak wifi reception in our apartment

• It is an excellent resort where the beautiful apartments are placed through rich and tendered vegetation. • The pool is very clean and quite big and around it, there are enough free lounge chairs where you can keep your towel while you’re swimming or simply sunbathe. There are also life buoys floating in the pool for the ones that can’t swim or need help. The swimming pool opens at around 10 p.m and closes at around 8 o’clock. • Once you get at the reception, you will receive a folder full of all the information you need about the surroundings: a map of the resort, a map of Impruneta and the restaurants you can eat at, a schedule of the SITA (a bus that takes you to Florence), the rules of the resort and information about the room. We also received a touristic map of Florence. • The staff is very helpful and kind. Even though, we received and acknowledge a lot of necessary information from the leaflets and maps in the folder, my family and I still asked for some tips about visiting Florence and the surroundings, easier ways to get there and also back at the resort, etc. • You have a computer and free Wi-Fi at the reception that you can use until the reception closes. • For some extra 7 Euros per person you can have a delicious quality continental breakfast with enough food to satisfy your hunger. The breakfast is held at the reception from 8 to 10 a.m. • The apartments are clean, spacious and nicely decorated. There is plenty of room to store your clothes and other goods and the kitchen is fully equipped. You have in the bedroom an air conditioner that you have to pay in order to use it, but it is not necessary because, even in the middle of July, in the evening is rather chilly outside. The bathroom is very clean. Also, every apartment has a tiny patio where you can eat your meal or simply relax and enjoy the environment. • You have a free parking place inside the resort.

• The streets are very narrow and bent and it is a bit tricky to get there. However, this is typically in Itally, especially if you choose the pension/hotel with a nice view to vineyards. • In the bathroom there is not enough room to store your towels. • If you want to use the internet in your room, you have to pay a fee.

Great location near to Florence but in the peace and quiet of the country. Very large modern studio apartment with full kitchen and outside patio surrounded by greenery. The lovely outside pool was most welcome after the heat of Florence. A reliable bus service runs from just outside the hotel to Florence or to Grassina ( a delightful villaqe with all facilities nearby) and also the greater Chianti region.. The English speaking staff were excellent presenting you with a folio of information on arrival (bus timetables etc). They were most friendly and welcoming. A great place to say on a visit to Florence . Highly recommended.

Had to pay an extra 7 euro per day for air conditioning (which is almost essential for this region in the summertime). However secure parking is free on site which compensated for this extra cost.

Great value for money. Wonderful accomodation.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms all lovely size and clean. Sadly we idn't get chance to use thepool but it looked good! Gym room was good too. The location was excellent for both a city trip into Florence (bus stop right outside) and a car journey to the Hilltop mountain villages.

유럽 자동차 여행 중에 상급에 속하는 숙소입니다. 디테일 한 것까지 장인의 손길이 느껴집니다. 피렌체에서 약간 떨어지긴 했지만 토스카나 지역에 정취를 한껏 느낄 수 있었습니다. 자세한 마을 정보와 피렌체 주차장 정보까지 신경 쓴 부분이 인상적이었습니다.

그다지 없이 편안히 지냈습니다. 체크인 해준 직원이 너무 친절해서 인상적이었었는데 이것은 직원마다 개인차가 좀 있는 것 같습니다. 그래도 그다지 나쁘지는 않았습니다.

Il verde intorno al residence molto curato e abbondante che preserva la privatezza in maniera ottima. La vicinanza a Firenze che permette di andare comodamente in città senza soggiornarvi ma vivere in un ambiente più piacevole e rilassante nella natura.

La colazione credo che andrebbe migliorata adeguandosi agli standard stranieri immaginando che molti degli ospiti non siano italiani e quindi abituati a prime colazioni più abbondanti

Les moustiques, même si des moustiquaires sont installées sur toutes les fenêtres et portes fenêtres.

Потрясающе правильный выбор для Флоренции. 15-20 минут езды до пощади Микельанджело, парковка на территории отеля, очень удобные номера с кухней.

Персонал не обременяет себя уборкой, интернет в номерах платный (правда, недорого), бесплатно только на рецепшене, который, как правило, закрыт даже в объявленные часы работы.

ottima posizione appena fuori Firenze, in zona molto tranquilla; accoglienza cordiale e disponibile al nostro arrivo. Il monolocale era molto carino, arredo essenziale ma discreto e pulito, con il bagno nuovo di zecca perchè da poco ristrutturato

qualche pecca nella pulizia e nelle dotazioni dell'angolo cucina, ma sono difetti assolutamente trascurabili

La netteté de l'ensemble la propreté

Quand nous sommes arrivés personne à la réception alors que nous y étios à l'heure prévue par la réservation. Donc une enveloppe avec des directives et... Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner le lendemain... Un peu léger comme façon de faire! Dommage...

Красивый вид с террасы, тишина, ухоженная территория, хорошая планировка номера. Для бюджетного отдыха на 2 ночи (как перевалочный пункт) подойдет.

Немного далекова-то от центра Флоренции (но в принципе и не хотели жить в самом городе), но все равно долго ехать. Небольшие проблемы со стоком воды в душевой кабинке, чистота в ванне не на 5, а на 4-3. Ненавязчивый персонал. Платный интернет. Завтрак скудный.
