The staff were very friendly. This is not a place for business travellers but for longer term stays. The front desk only stays open until 7pm so you have to check in before that time. Also, the gym is only open during front desk office hours (8am-7pm).

Walk at the golf course at dawn was beautiful with the vine landscape. Room also has view of the beautiful landscape. Location is very good with a car for wine and dine in the region, and participating in the Florence Wine Town or Grape Festival. There is breakfast available though it is not available at booking, price is reasonable. The stay is certainly value for money. Something needs to be done about the mosquitoes. Remember to bring insect repellient. It is a shame to be deter from this place because of that.

We loved how friendly everyone was, and how secluded the apartments were. The view from our room was beautiful. The rooms were large and very nicely decorated. We left a wallet in room and can't thank the staff enough for their help in getting it back to us. One of my favorite places and will definitely return... The sooner the better!!!!!! Only down side was that towels were not changed during our 4 night stay

Well located - lots of places to go within an hours drive - easy access to Chianti and Firenze, receptionist friendly and helpful. Apartment bedrooms and bathroom comfortable spacious and good condition. Living area and kitchen a little tired and would benefit from refurbishment. No shopping facilities close by and limited public transport options so really need a car.

The staff was very helpful,and we loved the room ,and the view of the chianti countryside. You can take a bus just outside to florence,and avoid driving,and trying to park in florence. We spent a wonderful day driving through the chianti countryside,and tasting great wines.if you have a car, this is the place to stay. Parking is free,and as I said so convenient. It is about 25 min to florence train station, by bus,and the drive is beautiful.which is a good place to start your tour of florence.we enjoyed it so much, we changed our plans, and stayed another night.

Ottimo il posto e ottime le infrastrutture, davvero un bel residence.Inoltre a 2o minuti da Firenze. La pulizia della camera, non le lenzuola, ma le coperte e alcune parti qua e la.Ovviamente però abbiamo anche speso pochissimo, quindi ci può stare. In ogni caso per fare un grande servizio bastava giusto un minimo di attenzione in più.

Immerso nella campagna toscana a soli 20 min di macchina dal centro di Firenze. Appartamenti grandi, arredati con gusto, zona tranquilla, tanto verde, cucina sufficientemente ben attrezzata e personale molto cordiale. L'acqua che usciva dai rubinetti aveva un forte odore di cloro!!

Il Residence è molto carino, immerso nel verde, il personale è molto disponibile. Forse un pò troppo immerso nel verde... Ma per le nostre esigenze! Chi cerca il relax del Chianti è nel posto giusto!

La posizione nel Verde, la grandezza delle stanze, la recente ristrutturazione dei bagni, le ottime condizioni dell'angolo cottura in quanto nuovo, la vicinanza alla città pur essendo fuori città. Il servizio reception è a orari standard. Dopo e prima di una certa ora non c'è nessuno dello staff a disposizione nel residence. Talvolta questa può essere anche una nota positiva, ma se c'è una urgenza restano utili I numeri del pubblico soccorso.

Замечательный двухэтажный номер с 2 спальнями (бронировали на 4-х) с террасой, кухней и гостинной. Большой телевизор в гостинной, на кухне есть вся посуда и утварь. Даже посудомоечная машина! Находится примерно 15 -20 минутах езды от центра Флоренции. Большой бесплатный паркинг, если путешествуете на машине, очень удобно. Достаточно трудно найти без навигатора. Берите с собой карту! Ближайший магазин в 10 минутах езды от отеля.:

Golf del L'Ugolino is op loopafstand. Prima locatie om Gianti gebied en Florence, te bezoeken, wel auto nodig. Receptie vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Geen winkels in de buurt, voor boodschappen, brood (ontbijt) moet 10 minuten rijden. Airco moest appart worden betaald, per dag € 7,00. Er zaten veel muggen, gelukkig wel een horren.
