I liked the quality of the hotel. The room was clean. I only stayed one night but was impressed that the space has a washing machine, cutlery, plates etc; table, terrace. |

Manager very helpful with reopening hotel for us due to late checkin. Also very helpful with contacting relatives in Sicily Although we had notified the hotel of late arrival and asked to be notified if shuttle was not available, it was closed when we arrived (in the rain), and there was no shuttle provided. Not a 3 star hotel - rain water on all floors due to heavy rain. |

Huge appartment (big bedroom + regular furnished kitchen qith a big fidge + hall and full-size bathroom with washing maschine), old building nicely adapted into appartments-hotel, very near to the city ancient center, nice receptionists, Internet in the room was not working, breakfast in the near-by bar - interesting from the social point of view but , very modest in food offer, very slow lift, better cleanning of the appartement will be of value, some bulbs in lamps were burned, sometimes noisy street. |

We had an appartement with kitchen and living room. There was plenty space. The staff was very polite and nice. The only thing I did not like about this residence was the noise from the street. |

Very kind and helpful staff, all english speaking. They let us check-in straight away without making us wait until 3pm, which was very appreciated as we were tired and hot. We were given all the information about how to get around and a map. The apartment was great and spacious with all mod cons, located close to bus station and city centre. Thank you everybody at Politi we had a great stay! No bad points, just the floor needed a quick clean, I used a mop and bucket provided. Not a problem at all really, very minor issue. |

Very friendly managers that quickly arranged a trip to Etna by Landrover. We accidently paid the bill twice, but after we returned they kindly informed us about us and requested how to pay back. A great team. The floor of the appartment appeared to be dirty when walking around on bare feet. The electric fuse tripped when using both airco an washing machine. |

Esta residencia estaba perfectamente equipada para escapadas más largas de la que nosotros pudimos hacer (lo que fue una pena para no disfrutarlo más). Ubicado estupendamente para recorrer después la ciudad de forma cómoda. El chico que nos atendió fue sumamente simpático y amable. Quizá el sistema de desayuno, con un vale en un bar es lo único que podríamos poner como una pega porque eso significaba solamente un café y un bollo, pero queda compensado claramente por el resto. |

Ruime kamer, midden in het oude centrum. (Stads)stranden op loopafstand. Mooi zandstrand op ca. 8km.(goed per bus bereikbaar.) Ontbijt is een kop koffie/thee met zoete deegwaren(1 stuks) in een bar in de nabijheid van het appartement. |
