Good breakfast. Good location with the tram stop nearby. You can also walk to the city centry if you like. You don't need to rent a car for this hotel

Garage parking 20 EUR/day is not cheap, but then again - what should you do if there are no parking places outside? :)

The staff at the hotel were very unhelpful and didn't say a word when we checked in. Everyone who worked there seemed like they really didn't want to be there. Our room smelt stale and we found half eaten croissants in the wardrobe and a big wet patch on the floor. Breakfast was of a very poor quality considering this is a 4star hotel. Food tasted old and cheap.

The staff spoke excellent English and were very accommodating. There was a wide choice of food and drink for breakfast. The rooms were bright and clean, perfect for relaxing in after a day in the city. The soundproofing from outside was very good although you could here noise from other guests. The hotel was very clean and the room service excellent. The hotel computer and wifi were both useful and charged at a reasonable rate. Great location when you use the trains and trams taking 10 mins to get to the castle area, or 45 mins if you stroll through the park. Very enjoyable stay!

The bathroom is clean and fairly attractive

I was really surprised that I needed to buy internet per hour, for 8 hours I paid 8 EUROs, for 4 hours it is 6 Euros. There is no daily rate and you can calculate yourself want the rate would be per day if you require internet connection throughout your stay. The tall slim guy was so defensive when asked further questions about the internet that you would know there and then he is either temperamental or lacks constomer service skills. The hotel is far from everything and it took me about 3 hours to locate it (no exagerating).

Good **** business hotel in relatively convenient location,

The room was less spacious than the one we had before. Imo the bathroom was a bit too small, the toilet too close to the wall (no, i'm not oversized...) and the shower (a bathtub with just a little shower wall- type shower) rather unnerving. Still a recommendation

Very good location near the Historic tram line allowing easy access to the city centre

Corridors are noisy and doors are anything but soundproof, not ideal for sleeping after a long day of exploring Milano

The hotel was immaculate both in the rooms and public areas. The location was perfect and the centre of milan was easily accessible. The breakfast was excellent. The decor throughout the hotel was tasteful and modern. Lots of good eating places around the hotel especially one called kitchen society which was less than 5 mins from hotel. Aperitivo was 6 euros for a glass of wine and about 12 different food items including ham etc. Would definitely book this hotel again and recommend to anyone.

I will definitely stay in this hotel next time I visit Milano. * Quite good location: a quiet part of the city with some cafes and restaurants, you can easily get to the Cadorna station catching tram #1 (from the station you can catch the Malpensa Express) * well-equipped: a comfortable armchair, a big desk, some lamps.

* We arrived at the hotel quite early (approx. 12:30). We were given the key to the room immediately just to discover it hadn't been cleaned yet. I think we should have been warned or asked to wait. * coffee could be better
