good location, underground hotel parking. good breakfast. smoking area inside (well, there is outside are from the bar). staff were very friendly. internet terminal in loby internet should be free in all rooms. |

Found it difficult to get information of the hotel in relation to what transport links to use to get into the city centre. The price of drinks was exterotiate (the mini bar was half the price of the lobby bar), The hotel furnishings were a bit outdated, the rooms looked like something out a 1960s film. |

I liked the fact that is a decent hotel, not luxury but very usefull for city trips with a kind and reliable staff. The cleaning of the rooms during the day can be improved. |

The location of the hotel, it was near Domodossola station, just 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was good. Tha parking is too expensive. The rooms were smaller than we expected. |

Very good breakfast. Far away from the center, no active information how to get to the hotel, description one homepage quite poor or even wrong (there was no metro station domodossola). Small room. |

Staff very friendly. Our first room was fine, but single beds and shower - we asked at reception the next day for a quieter room, double bed and shower and they were happy to move us to another room with a king-sixe bed. We picked the hotel based on stars and vaue for money. The write up suggested it was in a business area, but the reality was it was in a nice suburb with plenty of restaurants, which was a bonus. Handy as well for the city centre |

Good breakfast, large double bed, quiet hotel. Rather a 3 star though. A bit far from center, close connection to suburban railway but not near Metro station. Otherwise fine. |

Elegant and cosy hotel; comfortable room; staff at breakfast- friendly and helpful; good location although metro is not besides. Very pleasant stay at the hotel. Some of the staff members at the reception did not seem competent enough. |
