The service was impeccable, the staff were very helpful and efficient, rooms were very clean and comfortable.

hotel polo is located in very elegant area of rimini, surrounded by a lot of restaurants, shops and other luxurious accomodations. close to the fine, sandy beach which is perfect not only for children. very friendly staff, yacuzzi bath, balcony, for italian relations great breakfast buffet. private parking place for free for the guests.

The staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful.The hotel was centrally located near the beach and a short bus ride from outside the front of the hotel to the old city. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a feast.

Length of stay - 5 nights in low season.Staff were friendly and polite.Hotel is only 100m from the beach.Room was nice and tidy every day.Breakfast was good and open until 12:00 noon,which made for a relaxing break.Car parking free at the hotel,although could get a bit full in high season.

I liked the friendliness and availability to help of the staff. The breakfast was very good-with a large choice of foods and drinks.

The elevator. It was a bit slow.

Apart from the exceptional value, the hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The range of breakfast food available was extensive with no attempt made to offer less in off-season to reflect the reduced prices. Also, they offer you a range of different pillows from hypoallergenic to orthopaedic- a nice touch.

I suspect the parking will be difficult there in peak season and you need to take meals outside(apart from breakfast) but nothing else comes to mind. A most enjoyable stay.

ho dato come garanzia una carta di credito prepagata e mi è stato bloccato l'importo della prima notte più 1€ di commissione quando dovevo pagare l'intero ammontare direttamente in hotel. accorgendomene ho chiamato l'hotel e mi è stato detto che i soldi non me li avevano addebitati, ma bloccati (comunque non ne avevo più la disponibilità) e che me li avrebbero restituiti entro 15 giorni dal mio soggiorno se avessi pagato con contante o altra carta di credito. tutto questo non sarebbe successo se avessi dato come garanzia una carta di credito non prepagata, ma di tutto questo non ero stato informato.
