Location comfort and price. Very well signed from A51(N) Good English at reception desk, both contrary to other comments. Room recently refurbished. Big room (paid extra for superior) A comfortable 3* hotel. Traffic noise when windows open, as close to A51. Need basic Italian for dining room and cleaning staff. |

We reserved a room at the Polo Hotel, however they put our guest at the Motel close to them which is also their property!! It has never been our wish to book a Motel. The Hotel attitude was disonest. I will never recomend it to anyone! It isn't fair to book an hotel and pay for it and be accomodated in a Motel... |

la disponibilidad del personal el desayuno denominado "buffet" en realidad es un croissant y un café (practicamente no hay más para elegir) - la habitación individual y el cuarto de baño son muy pequeños (no he visto otras habitaciones) |

Der Nachtportier war sehr freundlich. Viel zu hellhörig ( Schnarchen, Gespräche und TV aus dem Nachbarzimmer waren deutlich zu hören).Die Klimaanlage ist zu laut. Das Hotel ist auch mit Navi sehr schwer zu finden. |
