Hotel Poma

nice staff, new hotel, well equipped, good for trips to Erice, Zigaro park.

location by the street, not many facilities around, far from the sea.

The staff were very friendly and helpful even though they could hardly speak English. The room was spotlessly clean, with the hydromassage bath, and they had a free parking. The breakfast was not very various but ok - juice, tea/coffee, bread, butter, cheeze, yoghurt...

The only thing they lack is knowlegde of English. However, the hotel is not located in a very touristic area, so it was more our problem that we don't speak Italian. And even though they provided Wi-Fi Internet, we didn't manage to log on.

The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms and bathrooms were a good size, it was very convenient for our purposes - a stop over prior to catching a return flight from Tarapni and a base from which to explore Erice. It was good value for money and the staff's enthusiasm will hopefully be the key to their success. The hotel was spotless and the finish was to a high standard. We were very pleased with our find, having taken a risk on staying at a hotel without any reviews at the time of booking.

We are on the first floor and the views weren't great, but we were only there for one night and it made no real difference to our stay. The rooms on the next floor would probably have views. They don't have a restaurant on site but may have long term plans for one, but again this wasn't really a problem as there's a very good restaurant within walking distance and several more within a short drive. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been useful, but the mini bar prices are not extortionate and there is a coffee bar downstairs.

Personale quasi tutto molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione strategica per visitare la zona.struttura nuova e design interno apprezzabile.

Professionalita' di qualche elemento dello staff, discutibile, pur mantenendo doti personali di gentilezza e ospitalita'. Numerose e fastidiose interruzioni di corrente elettrica, dovute pero' a guasti tecnici della zona, quindi noti alla popolazione locale: l'hotel forse potrebbe dotarsi di gruppo elettrogeno autonomo e sopperire alle interruzioni.

Ho soggiornato con un'amica. Avevamo prenotato per due giorni, poi abbiamo prolungato la permanenza di un altro giono. Di questo albergo ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale, l'arredamento della camera (lampade e poltrone Kartell), la pulizia e la posizione dell'albergo (ottima per muoversi nei dintorni).

Posizione strategica per visitare i luoghi d'interesse, vicinanza a diverse spiagge e località marinare. Ottimo il servizio, lo staff, la colazione. Struttura nuova, pulita ed accogliente. Da consigliare.

La pulizia e il design innovativo e contemporaneamente semplice mi hanno affascinato. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff giovanissimo, ma competente in ogni ambito, ha coronato una settimana di relax passata presso questa struttura. Si respira in questo hotel la genuina accoglienza sicula.

Albergo nuovissimo

ottimo albergo, nuovo, buon hotel per visitare i ditorni ...san vito lo capo, erice ,trapani ed alte localia' turistiche

la colazione, la distanza dalla nota localita' turistica san vito,per chi vuol fare soggiorno mare non e' comodissima, 15/20 minuti di strada, ma faittibile.
