Location, close to all the major sites. Nice staff.
The room was dated. Breakfast only had prepacked marmalade and spread cheese.
close to metro stop and buses to airports. hot water all day. easy living. very clean. feels like home.
extra charges for cleaning and taxes. many steps to the appartment. not suitable for wheelchair and heavy suitcases.
The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. We were very happy with the room, especially at the very low price we paid! Excellent location too.
Breakfast is VERY budget, and the internet only works in the lobby.
Awesome location Yummy breakfast
Having to wake up someone to let us in after midnight Wifi not working anywhere apart from foyer
- Close (walking distance) to all major tourist attractions - In safe area (I travelled by myself and my two daughters) - My daughters enjoyed the gelato shop across right near the hotel - Would stay here again - Breakfast was fine (cereal, pastries and tea/coffee )
This is a nice family hotel, situated on a perfect location (nearby Campo de Fiori and at walking-distance to many spots such as Piazza Navona and Travestere). The manager was very helpful when our wallet and cell Phone were stolen in the public transport. The manager brought us to the police and showed us a nice location in the neighborhood. Very friendly!! A simple but very sympathic hotel, we can really recommend this hotel. A couple from Holland
We really loved how close the hotel was to the most famous places in Roma. The breakfast was lovely - Variety of croissants plus an espresso or cappuccino
Its because near the town center.
A bit noisy.
Nice location. It's close to the most attractions.
I don't know where to start from: 1.poop on the toilet seat on the arrival 2.hostile and indifferent owner. Not even a hello or a welcome. The owner shouted at staff even at breakfast time in front of customers. Rude staff 3.Tiny room on third floor. 4.No elevator 5.Two camp beds with single matresses instead of king size bed chosen when we booked the room 6.poor facilities 7.poor breakfast 8.destroyed wallpapers on the walls. 9.dusty and dirty floor 10.non working aircondition 11.noisy street-we couldn't sleep even at 3 a.m. Hollow walls between rooms hearing everything from the other rooms 12.no receipt when we checked out 13.six days without changing sheets 14. no wifi at rooms, only at the lobby with poor signal in the breakfast room
Excellent location for central Rome and attractions
Did not resemble photographs on the web page
It's a good price for the location, just don't expect much otherwise.
This is an older hotel but in a great location, near Pantheon and Piazza Navona - we liked our stay Continental breakfast good Wifi worked great Room clean. Other hotels in same area are much more expensive.
We had a street facing room - the street is narrow and motorcycle traffic noisy - even late at night. Inside rooms recommended. Young travelers might not mind the traffic noise. Also, there was confrontation between staff members that was very loud and disconcerting.
The location. Decent breakfast. Arranged a very nice ride to the airport for us.
The hotel and the owner were absolutley horrible. When we arrived our room was not cleaned. I actually had to clean poop off the toilet seat. The shower was solid mold. We didn't want to put our stuff down anywhere as it just looked dirty. We complained that they gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned and they gave us a smaller room more out of the way which smelled funny and zero discount. In fact the Owner forcefully yelled at us saying "this is a 2 star hotel... What do you expect!" He was seen yelling at other customers several times. Not a nice man or a nice place and cost way too much for what you get!!!! A hostle would have been much cleaner and more pleasant. It put a serious damper on our stay in Rome and left us with a bad last impression of Italy as that was our last stop in the trip. Seriously, do not stay here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Location, value for money
Breakfast wasn't good but a great excuse to go out and eat!
15 mins walk will get you to all the major attractions and plenty of restaurants. Always clean and tidy, very good breakfast and helpful staff.
Two staff were very nice and sweet, specially the girl in the reception, the price is good and the arrangement for taxi to Fiumicino was efficient.
Staff and cleaner rushing us to check out 30 min before check out time, HORRIBLE cleaning in the toilet, and staff on breakfast not really friendly. U can't expect much out of the price but friendly staff is not something is related to price.
Close to everything and fresh croissants in the morning ; )
Small and very humid rooms Poor facilies Unfriendly stadd
The owner and all the staff were more than friendly every moment there to help and facilitate your stay. Ask for the wonderful cappuccinos
Breakfast, could have more continental stuff.
* airconditioning in room * clean rooms * comfortable, large double beds * location was perfect - 2 min from Largo Argentina with lots of buses, 5 min to Campo dei' Fiori and Piazza Navonna * staff was very friendly, although speaks little english When I will be in Rome again, I will not look for any other hotel and certainly stay in Pomezia. If you want to maximise your time usage, choose this hotel!
* breakfasts - only sweet buns, jams, chocolate creams, awful coffee.
The location was good and the staff were helpful.
The bathroom had a fair bit of mould in the shower and the breakfast was ordinary at best.
The location was great and the staff very helpful and friendly.
Very noisy, the doors are loud and constantly slam also there was no lift so people checking out early dragged their heavy bags very loudly down the stairs (one almost every morning at 6am).
One man at front desk was very rude and wouldn't let my friend come up with us for a drink. He told me to shut up. I paid lots money to be in Rome and I don't need someone telling me who and who I can't bring up to my room. My friend was going to stay for 20 min. I have the right and freedom to hang out with who I want. Very disappointing.
In campo de fiori, few steps from piazza navona, the penthaon. Best location , good breakfast , helpful staff.
Small rooms, no refrigerator , Need updated.
