It's a very well located hotel, near old town and all major turistic sites. Walking distance to attractions, near restaurants and close to park and sea. Nice rooms, good bed, good breakfast and nice terrace. Excellent hote!!

Very beautifully done interior design, fabulous top level bar/restaurant with some outside tables on a balcony. The room was quite spacious, comfortable and luxurious.

We had a very enjoyable stay and the staff were very accomodating - we hadn't booked the day spa and as soon as we checked in we went and tried to get an appointment the staff were excellent and fitted us in - we had a lovely massage then went up to the restaurant and a young guy served us and he spoke English !!! We had some of the best service we have encountered in Italy so far as we have been here for 3 weeks.

The hotel overall was great. Particularly noteworthy, was Paulo, the maitre d' during evening meals. He treated us very specially, when we wanted to sample wines of the region. No views in the rooms.

Location was fairly good and staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Shower was impossible. The water temp could not be regulated. Ranged from ice cold to scalding at the same water setting.

The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel is in the historical center of the city. I paid 72 euros for a night and I think it was well worth to that. The internet connection could be better. I had problems when watching videos ans sometimes when making a phone call through internet.

The hotel is really nice and clean. Nicely converted and well designed. Rooms are excellent and clean. Service exceptional and good value for money. To access the city centre you need thitry minutes walk but apart this, would recommend this hotel to people visiting palermo.

The location of this hotel is not difficult to find, but I felt it's quite far from the train station, due to I had heavy luggages. (so I called taxi when check-out, and it took only 5 min. to the station) The hotel staffs are really kind and they have some useful information. The women of reception helped me to get timetable of train/bus to Taormina, make reservation for dinner etc. Bathroom is quite old, but clean. The restaurant on the 4th floor is great. Little bit far from the station, old bathroom

We got upgrade to the suite, which was really lovely. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Excellent breakfast! We managed to park our car just front of the hotel. Perfect!

Very helpful staff. Nice room - front rooms a bit noisy but back rooms quite close to a all. Maybe this should be made clearer? Didin't make the back rooms too dark but not a particularly nice view, even if the wall was Roman! Breakfast room was a bit small - the morning we left we had to eat early to catch our plane but there were no tables when we got to the dining room and we had to wait quite a while - would have been difficult if we'd been in more of a hurry. Otherwise a great hotel

Good location – in a bit of a ‘lane’ with little traffic. Quiet. Close to eateries. Helpful staff. Good breakfast on rooftop with a great view (best that we had in Sicily) Modern décor with high ceilings
