部屋も清潔、モダンで綺麗だったが、前の建物と隣接しているため、部屋は少し暗め。夜にしかホテルに居ない- 人にはお勧め。 海の側にある為、夜出歩くのには不便。 車であれば問題ないと思う。 朝食がとても美味しかった。 |

四つ星ホテルとはやはり思えない。これで三ツ星ぐらいなら納得するかもしれません。ビジネスホテルの雰囲気- 。 バスローブもなく換気扇の音がしていてうるさかった。 |

good room, very clean, nice breakfast room view, good breakfast selection, good bed, quiet rooms., nice building inside. I did not use the gym facility so cannot judge on that no bar/lobby which is surpising for the 4 star hotel and which makes the hotel expensive for that std; the bar in the breakfast room is not very cosy and business like ; limited choice of international tv channels, no clock in the room, plastic glass in the bathroom (agan not the std of 4 star hotels) |

The hotel is new and in excellent condition. The breakfast room has a nice setting on the roof. The location is perfect. The La Kalsa part of Palermo is very interesting and their are lots of interesting sights within walking distance. There was little to criticise about this hotel, but the rooms are a little bit dark due to inadequate lighting. |

Clean modern hotel, reasonable location, very pleasant staff. Breakfast good. No / limited street lighting outside, hotel should sell bus tickets, chairs needed for balcony. Would benefit from bar in or near reception area (to liven up the atmosphere and generate more revenue!) |

The hotel was a great value. It was new, luxurious and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive and spoke excellent English. |

Hotel is less than 12 months old and the level of quality is very high. Staff were all english speaking and extremely helpful with good local knowledge. Location was a awkward to find and a little "grotty" but then again so was the rest of Palermo. |

Good location and nice breakfast on top of the building. We´ve been upgraded to suite. Noisy outside, but that was not hotels fault - Palermos drivers love to hoot, everywhere.. |

Great service with staff that have good english. Large and very comfortable room with bathroom that was beautifuuly appointed and a pleasure to use. Excellent hot and cold breakfast. It was a shame that the use of the spa was not included in the price. This was not a cheap hotel, and to have to pay another 20euros to use the pool was disappointing. |

The location, and it's brand new. Very cold atmosphere, parking problems, centerlized adjusted aircondition system, rooms are dark, no view! |

The staff were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We loved our room with its modern decor and balcony in the middle of a bustling street. We felt that the information about the sauna, steam room and jacussi was misleading as the use of the spa was not included in the price of the room but was an additional (high) cost. |

Very comfortable and nicely appointed hotel. Good value and great location.We had two spacious rooms. Nice breakfast and view from the terrace. Breakfast is O.K. but limited. No fresh juice (all from the package...) |

For Palermo, the location was ok, close to restaurants and nightlife in Piazza Marina. The staff were polite and we could use the internet for free. Unfortunately quite a lot! The room was very small, nothing like the size of the room shown on booking.com. The shower wasn't sealed properly which led to water all over the bathroom floor. Also the bathroom ventilation was very noisy and, despite our complaint, was only turned off between midnight-6am. The road outside was dark, dirty and smelly. |

This was an excellent experience with extremely efficient reception, immaculate room and excellent location. Breakfast was first class, served on a top floor balcony with magnificent views. |

great location, lovely gardens nearby plus the seaside feel. Fabulous bedroom and bathroom, lovely staff. The hotel was an absolute gem and would not hesitate to recommend it to both business and couples. Nothing to dislike |

Very comfortable hotel not too far from the centre of town. Good sized room well fitted-out, with a nice firm bed. Loved the rooftop breakfast room and good breakfast buffet spread. |

Very good room with an excelent breakfast. Good location and easy to park near it. Even if the TV was an LCD screen, the poor channel selection (one in polish, five in german...) no one in english made the tv set almost not usefull. Beside that the room was noisy because the bathroom fan continues to work even with the lights turned off. |

The hotel and the rooms are indeed renovated. My room faced absolutely quite side. Very good breakfast in the restaurant with a nice view. During 3 out of 6 nights they switched off air condition between 1-6 A.M. I complaint several times and every time they told me that they have fixed it. The same problem experienced some other people the same time. Also the room sink leaked making a pound in the bathroom every time I took shower and a nasty smelt in the room. Also the surrounding area is very dirty. |
