The hotel is located about 100 yards from the Porta Nuova into Assisi. It was very convenient to park and stay at the hotel and walk into Assisi. The view from our room was of the surrounding countryside and was quite lovely. The staff was very helpful as well. |

Locations was excellent even though it was just outside the walls. Parking was key! Loved that I didn't have to drive the narrow streets with all the pedestrian traffic. Breakfast was good & fresh. Coffee was excellent! Rooms a little dated. Proximity to street meant that if you kept your window open, the noise from cars could be annoying. |

La posizione, immediatamente all'ingresso del centro storico e nello stesso tempo strategica qule punto di partenza per recarsi negli altri centri d'interesse turistico. Il parcheggio privato. la tranquillità. La prospicienza ad una strada di traffico sostenuto che costringe a tenere chiusa la finestra della camera. (comunque c'è il condizionatore) |

comodo per visitare assisi e molto comodo il parcheggio auto gratuito.la cortesia e disponibilità della sig.ra Marta. assenza mini bar, polvere in camera, assenza di corrente elettrica (condizionatore) senza la card, poca privacy durante la colazione. |

L'hôtel facile à trouver est idéalement situé pour la visite d'Assise et il dispose d'un parking privé gratuit, ce qui n'était pas indiqué dans le descriptif. Bon accueil et fourniture d'un plan de la ville. Chambre confortable et sanitaires de bon niveau. L'hôtel étant situé entre deux routes passantes, il est nécessaire de fermer les fenêtres à double vitrage épais si on veut pouvoir dormir. |

Ho apprezzato: il posto auto nel cortile dell'albergo, la sua posizione, vicino ad una delle entrata della città murata di Assisi (Porta Nuova), a pochi passi di tutti i luoghi che la caratterizzano. |

Sa proximité de la ville et la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la cour de l'hôtel, sans supplément. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. L'air conditionné pouvait être réglé très facilement. La salle d'eau est très petite et mal commode. La chambre permettait de voir au loin la jolie campagne; elle surplombait malheureusement un rond-point et une station Agip; même la fenêtre fermée, on entendait le bruit de la circulation. |

la gentilezza dello staff l'hotel aveva offerto una camera con vista sulla valle, chiaramente con prezzo maggiorato. In realtà, la camera (meglio, un luvernaio) era posta su una "rotonda" molto trafficata. Pertanto, si era costretti a tenere la "finestra" sempre chiusa. |
