Hotel offers all the needs of guests to make their stay pleasurable and as a guest when I ask about some service, they do it really quickly. Staff is also wonderful. They make you feel like at home! |

The hotel is exquisite. The rooms are well portioned and ammenities were wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional and we wanted for nothing to start our day. The location is perfect for exploring Bologna and the staff surely recommends some of the best places to eat in town. Be sure Antica Osteria for dinner. We could not have choose a better accommodation in Bologne for any money. Do try and stay at Porta San Mamolo. |

A renowed hotel in the old part of Bologna, very well furbished, at walking distance from the Cathedral. Very nice staff and no inconvenience. Parking the car is cumbersome and the breakfast room is tiny for peak hours. |

Lovely clean and friendly hotel. Were made to feel very welcolme and that nothing you wanted or asked for would be too much trouble! Have stayed in numerous hotels in England and Europe over the past few years and although this is a small 3 star hotel it compares favourably to the best have stayed in. Breakfast was good and garden very romantic. Apart from one very good restaurant close by, not much nightlife around hotel. This didn't however detract from the lovely feeling of the hotel. |

The staff/owner were FANTASTIC--over the top helpful and friendly! This being our first time to Bologna, the staff recommended great restaurants and shopping --we were not disappointed. The buffet breakfast was delicious and Agostino makes the best cappucinos in all of italia! Will definitely stay there again, met many repeat visitors as well. |

The staff at the hotel made us feel very welcome, and were helpful for example in organising a visit to a parmiggiano producer, acetaio and wineyard. The room was a lovely suite with an enrance from the garden. It was nice and quiet and very tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful breakfast room, where you could enjoy your breakfast (in itself a treat) in the lovely garden. |

A gem of a hotel in a lovely quiet part of the city, yet within walking distance of all the attractions. The proprietor and staff extend a warm, friendly and helpful welcome to their guests to ensure they enjoy their stay. Great breakfast too. Would definitely visit again. |

Exceptional - the room and breakfast garden were both extremely comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful or gracious. When I mentioned I was looking for balsamic vinegar from Modena for my wife, the host presented me with a gift bottle. The restaurant recommendations were excellent - everything worked out perfectly. The hotel is tucked away in back streets that are difficult to access because of one-ways and somewhat difficult to find - even with a GPS. But that is Bologna - which is a wonderful city to visit. |

This was our second time in the hotel and it seemed that there were pretty many frequent customers - no wonder really... the staff is excellent, the room was really nice, breakfast is the best I've seen in the Italy (visited about 30 hotels), location is good (appr. 10-15 min walking to city centre). Nothing I could complain about. Will surely stay at this hotel if I will visit Bologna again. I can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a pleasurable stay in Bologna. |
