The location of the hotel is good in case you need to stay in a business district of Milan near San Siro and near G. Meazza Stadium in case yoy are visiting some event. Also is not far from Milan Fiera. The hotel stuff was very polite and helpful. The room furniture is in bad condition, tv is old and very small one, some towels were dirty. When you have neighbours you can clearly hear them talking in a nearest room even though they are not loud. |

Good location (if not in the center) - near San Siro, Fiera Milano & subway station. Good breakfast, excellent staff, comfortable, very clean & quiet. Good value for money. Room service would be nice - at least for tea/coffee. |

Watching TV downstairs, great screen! Also, very convenient location to congress venue. Staff is helpful. Buffet breakfast was below expectations. |

Good location. Hotel staff very kind and professional. Information provided about places to visit, restaurants etc. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom excellent. Good quality toileteries. Quality coffee, tea and biscuits. Restaurant - good food, nice service. Recommended as city trip/business hotel. No mini bar in the room. |

The breakfasts I did not like the customer service of nearly all the front of house staff except one kind staff member , I had the experience from hell trying to find an iron and ironing board. The single room was more like a box room. Very unimpressed. |

The staff were friendly & helpful .The position of the the Hotel for access to Milan City Centre was ood. Not happy with condition of bathroom fitments. The breakfast buffet was dissapointing. |

Příjemný a velmi ochotný personál na recepci. Umí poradit a případně objednat jak taxi, tak dobrou stylovou restauraci v okolí, či případně i něco navíc, co např. nemají ve svých službách, tak Vás neodmítnou. |
