The bath tube and the floors were not very clean.
The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and nice.
The room smelled a bit stale and was very hot. The breakfasts were mediocre and the coffee was dreadful. The design of the bathroom means there is no space between the shower and the toilet which makes for a tripping hazard (which I did)
The staff were really excellent and accomodating.
location and cleanliness
The breakfast is boring. All same in 4 days! No vegetables. A little variation would be recommended.
Windows had shutters outside it so it was pointless to open it. Room then heated very quickly and was uncomfortable,
Wi-Fi was great. Was able to operate at full capacity for the full duration of my stay.
Breakfast great, wifi very good, staff very friendly
bed was not comfortable
good location, with wonderful breakfast.
Room was HOT with no A/C the room overlooked a football pitch and so had a choice of excessive noise until gone midnight and window open or window closed and the room so hot that you were sweating even lying naked on top of the bed. As a result I had very little sleep and as I was there on business it was not great and i would not stay again
Breakfast was ok, room was clean and staff were friendly
Receptionist really not flexible, in my opinion more education and availability should be part of his job especially when the room is very expansive; Room too small for that price and no towels change
only WiFi was good and room pretty clean
Breakfast is very minimalistic
Very close to MiCo
The rooms were not equipped with what 4-star hotels do.. Felt like a 3-star one or even less when it comes to what rooms come with.. No slippers, ropes, tea/coffee facilities, dryer, iron... you just name & it's not there. What was terrible was how unfriendly and unwelcoming the staff were especially at the reception. In particular, a receptionist called Angelo was rude and impolite with non-stop frowning face and aggressive tone! No winder most of the rooms were empty!
The breakfast and the location near San Siro
Very good hotel , close to San Siro (20min) walk.staff very helpfull. Very good breakfast. Wi fi works very well
ambience, team, room although a little small very comfortable and gives a good feeling, clean and quite
free wifi, location to fairs and metro.
The staff was not very friendly.
Everything was clear and modern. The room was big enough and quiet altough the windows was look at the street. It was super.
Close to subway and to the San Siro stadium. Very comfortable and nice rooms, great staff and good food. Easy way to travel to the downtown and to the train station. Beautiful we had a great stay. :)
The Hotel cannot influence it however the amount of Euro 5,00/person/day for tourisme tax is outrageous!
Friendly staff. Metro station on walking distance (5-10 minutes) Good breakfast!
Food was not available afternoon or somewhere close by.
Hospitality and cleanliness
1) Facilities in the room: no coffee/tea station, no bathrobe, small wardrobe even in a double room, small bathroom counter, no recycling bins, no iron in the room and no possibility to get an iron in the room either -- apparently this is an issue of electric wiring, risking a fire!!! (given the proximity to the Convention Centre and the likely business profile of the guests, this is a glaring minus) 2) Facilities in the hotel: one would have to take their clothes to iron them in this storage room next to the reception, among suitcases, bottles, and other miscellaneous items -- no ironing room available and no ironing service available either! Also, breakfast had exactly the same items every day -- pretty good, but not diverse. Elevators are rather small, taking at the max one person and 2 big suitcases. 3) The walls are not sound insulated, so, expect noises from all parts. The hotel is generally ok and has many pluses, but it is in no way a 4* hotel by international standards.
1) Proximity to the following: - the Convention Centre (some 5 min walking) - to the Lotto Metro station that takes one to downtown Milan in about 15 min (some 10 min walking to the station) - to the Malpensa shuttle station (some less than 10 min walking) 2) Staff were generally nice 3) Big windows in the room, which can open
The rom are very small and the pictures at booking.com are fare away from the facts. We choose to Stay out of the room the most of the time and use the room just to sleep during the night and for a daily shower.
room size & bath .to small .cardboard to small .
The staff. Near subway station. Breakfast was good and complete. WIFI works well
Location Wi-fi Staff
Clean rooms, at 150 m. walking distance from the MiCo conference venue
There is no convenient store near the hotel.
the staff is so freindly and nice .the location is great. It's close to the mico convention center. The breakfast is nice.
