Anna our host was absolutely awesome. A great place to stay before setting off on a cruise.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is small but cozy.

The hotel is close to a local pub, which could be a bit noisy after dark. Moreover, there is no elevator but the hotel staff moves every luggage up and down the floors ( poor guys ! ).

Staff very helpful & breakfast had a nice selection. Location beside port key if you only need a room for 1 night.

Only bcos of its location to the port was it even slightly worth €75 a night. If I had needed to be in the area any longer I would not have stayed there another night. Ok for 1 night but not good value for money.

I liked everything! Honestly, the sea is so close to the hotel,we woke up on a December morning to warm sunshine and the sea glistening mear meters away. The hotel is 5 min from Santa Marinella Train Station, we had 3 luggage cases, on rollers, the streets are paved and have low kerbs, very very easy accessed for all ages and most abilities via Train, (as I mentioned, even with luggage, I assure you), and importantly the area is accessible for those in wheelchairs. We were helped with our luggage up the stairs to our extremely clean large en- suite room. Bed very neat, and cosy, we both slept well at night. Offers of assistance in the form of pointing us in direction of shops, cafe's, places of interest readily delivered with charm and good nature. Breakfast was good, continental with a little english breakfast twist, fresh coffie brewed to your liking on entering the quaint bright breakfast room. I found this hotel so welcoming, and very laid back. We had a lovely overnight stay there indeed. Recommended for those that appreciate cleanliness cosiness & friendless rather than mod city hotels layered with false luxury and rated 4/5 stars. I will go back because the hotel & Santa Marinella is a real nice way to check out a little bit of Italy!

Its so hard to be negative because the hotel was great! Maybe, a little update cosmetically would be beneficial, & that's being very picky!

Stayed at hotel one night prior to cruise, staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and informative. Clean, air conditioned quiet room. Very convenient to walk to port cruise transfer bus. Great start to holiday.would definatley reccomend.

Bathroom a bit cramped

We stayed for a night prior to boarding a cruise. Man on reception (sorry I never got his name) was very very helpful. Hotel location is great for exploring the town and is within walking distance of the port.

The staff is very friendly, and were accommodating considering I showed up past the check-in cutoff (11pm). Booking.com customers should be aware that taxis stop operating around that time as well and I was fortunate to have some nice locals take from the nearby train station to the hotel.

Nothing bad to say, great value for the price.

The young man at the desk was super friendly, eager to please and full of advice. We stayed here pre-cruise and he gave us directions and a map so that we enjoyed our time before we boarded. Clean, excellent breakfast, friendly, well located to the port. What else could anyone want?
