Junior suite was comfortable and decorated in Sardinian style.Some members of staff were pleasant.good location. Some of the staff were inexperienced, unprofessional and sometimes reluctant to help.Buffet breakfast often proved to be an obstacle course.No cups available one morning-response was "they're in the dishwasher".no fruit or knives another morning.Breakfast finishes at 10am and the tea/coffee dispenser is turned off at ten and the staff start to clear away the buffet.Dinner is cheap but of poor quality and the restaurant resembles a canteen more then a dining room. Cocktail menu available in bar but insufficient ingredients to make them. Specifically requested 3 separate beds before arrival but only 2 beds made up.needed assistance to convert bed from a chair. we were told there was no one available to help until the following morning. |

The staff were very attentive and friendly. A pavement between the hotel and the village would be very helpful. Not safe to walk to the restaurants at the moment. |

The hotel had a good pool and the rooms were pretty with a nice balcony. The first room we were given still had some of the last occupants possessions in it and the breakfast was poor. |

The rooms were very good, and the standard on the hotel in general were very good (new construction). They could not speak english or french in the reception. The pool were closed during the day (terrible) the excuse was that their poolguard was not there? the pool it self was not more than 7 meters long. The juice was awful, it was like bad sirop. |

Die Halbpension war sehr gut.Die Räume waren groß und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter höflich und bemüht. Einen Verdauungsspaziergang am Strand konnten wir nicht machen, weil wir dazu das Auto verwenden hätten müssen. |

Wir gatten eine sehr grosszügige Junior Suite, weit weg von der Strasse. Die ganze Anlage ist top gepflegt, ein schöner Pool, 1a sauber Pool ist erst ab 9:30 geöffnet, und schliesst um 19 Uhr. Schade für den (wie uns) der gerne vor dem Frühstück schwimmen geht. Zum nächsten Restaurant ausserhalb der Anlage muss man fahren. |

La posizione, strategica rispetto all' esplorazione della parte nord dell' isola; non vicinissimo a Olbia -considerando che, al di là dei non molti chilometri, ci vuole comunque circa un' ora per raggiungere l' albergo- ma, in mancanza di fretta, l' ideale. Lo stile della struttura: una specie di borgo. La pulizia della stanza, la sua ampiezza. La generosità della colazione. La possibilità di cenare a un prezzo ragionevole. La tranquillità. Lo spettacolare rapporto qualità/prezzo. La miracolosa bellezza di una ragazza che credevo argentina. Di davvero negativo non ho trovato niente. Giusto per approfittare di questo spazio potrei eccepire qualcosa sulla qualità della cena; non cara, né proprio insoddisfacente, diciamo, solo, un po' "tirata via". Mi restano a tutt' oggi incomprensibili le critiche degli altri viaggiatori al servizio di prima colazione. Io ho avuto una junior-suite al prezzo di una normale camera singola e qualche "complottista" potrebbe anche pensare che volessero ingraziarmisi, immaginando che potessi essere un recensore di alberghi in incognito e quindi, anche, nutrirmi meglio di altri, ma... il tavolo di servizio era comune e a disposizione di tutti; e c' era tutto quello che si può desiderare per una colazione completa! Mah... |

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas y está muy bien cuidado (sobre todo la piscina y el jardín). Las habitaciones son amplias, bien equipadas y decoradas. Se valora positivamente su ubicación, ya que está cerca de bonitas playas y cerca de las ciudades de Palau y Santa Teresa de Gallura. Además, al encontrarse en Porto Pozzo, permite acceder a otros servicios cómodamente (tiendas de alimentacion, restaurantes, pastelerías, etc). Lo único que podríamos descatar y que consideramos un posible aspecto a mejorar es el tamaño de la ducha (muy pequeña). |

L'hotel est neuf. Nous avons aimé la chambre (une junior suite à la place d'une chambre standart pour le même prix) et la qualité de ses matériaux. Le prix La télé neuve qui ne fonctionnait pas. La géolocalisation de booking est erronée, l'hotel ne se trouve pas à l'entrée de la ville mais bien avant. Le nom sur la facade est n'est pas hotel porto pozzo ce qui peut vous faire tourner une demi heure avant de le trouver.( En revanche le nom est indiqué sur une grosse pierre à l'entrée du portail). Le petit déjeuner insuffisant |

El hotel es muy nuevo, habitaciones grandes y confortables, y muy limpias. Las instalaciones en general muy bien. Está cerca de Santa teresa de Gallura y de Palau. Desayuno bien. Por decir alguna cosa, que está situado en la carretera y tienes que coger el coche para todo.. (pero es tranquilo) |

Contrariamente al 1° soggiorno (inizio luglio 2009 - giudizio negativo) questa volta la stanza era nettamente migliore; dunque è meglio informarsi preventivamente sulla tipologia di stanza da riservare in modo da evitare sorprese. La colazione è sempre scadente. Pochissima scelta, bevande preparate unicamente da apparecchi automatici. |

El diseño de las habitaciones y las zonas verdes, no son como los clasicos hoteles. Tambien la tranquilidad Desayunos escasos en variedad, la piscina es profunda para niños pequeños ( 1.50 m. ) y la falta de ambiente en Porto Pozzo. Hay que ir a Sta. Teresa di Gallura o a Palau |

Bel hotel moderne et neuf, avec un service restauration approprié. Juste au bord de la route principale, mais on le trouve plus facilement, et il est bien isolé phoniquement.Par contre la climatisation est bien trop bruyante....! C'est le point noir. |

Preis/Leistung ist Top. Sehr sauberer Swimming-Pool. Umfangreiches Frühstück. Den Zimmern sieht man an, dass das Hotel sehr neu ist und schnell gebaut wurde ... die Wände sind teilweise feucht. Der Pool ist für Nicht-Schwimmer (Kinder) nicht geeignet. Am Frühstücksbuffet steht ein Kaffeeautomat :-( |
