The personal touches made our stay so special... The friendly staff, the luxury suite, the fab roof terrace, etc etc - I felt like Pretty Woman!!

Gorgeous rooms in a beautiful small hotel of 14 suites. Roof top Terrace and bar overlooks central Rome. Location is opposite Hermes on the most exclusive shopping street in Rome which leads to the Spannish steps. Perfect provided you don't want a hotel restaurant, gym etc which we didn't.

Breakfast is very Italian ie cakes or bread. Good coffee though and orange juice really is freeshly squeezed. No toast at present. Wifi can also be a little slow.

This is a beautiful, boutique hotel...in a great location near the Spanish Steps and surrounded by great shopping and good restaurants. The hotel is top-notch -- excellent staff, beautifully appointed -- and our room was surprisingly large and very comfortable. The open rooftop deck and bar, candle-lit at night, is a perfect place to have a night cap and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. This is a quiet, refined hotel...we loved it. Would definitely stay again.

There's no restaurant and very limited room service at the hotel. The morning buffet on the rooftop is a nice atmosphere but with a very limited food selection. You need to eat out. Also, no workout facilities that we saw, so if that's an interest, you won't find it here.

Everything. The service, decor, and overall experience is superb. Probably one of if not the best experiences I have had in a hotel

It is a little expensive, but if you can afford it as a one off experience it is well worth it.

Nestled in the centre of town, adorable boutique hotel, professional staff and cleanliness of room. View from terrace is unbelivable, highly recommend this hotel due to all of the above and certainly due to its romantic setting a few hundred meters away from the Spanish Steps. Was greeted at the airport by a professional chauffeur, bottle of water and a smile this after a nightmare of an inbound trip 3+ hours late. Rarely have seen such dedication to clients and this hotel deserves all of their stars and positive comments. For those of you planning on a special occassion (read mariage proposal), I can only recommend this hotel as they take a lot of the stress off of your shoulders, they reply to emails, book top notch restaurants.

The honorary bar was a bit expensive considering the fact that you pour your own drinks. Apart from that nothing else to say.

Loved the location. The Hotel Staff were extremely helpful - we were very happy with the Hotel and would definitely recommend the Hotel. We look forward to returning :)

A little understaffed at breakfast time - suggest a staff member to serve and another to prepare food and coffee.

Everything was perfect during our stay at the Portrait Suites. The hotel itself was amazing. It is really well designed with exceptional attention to detail. This was reflected by the staff, who offered an outstanding level of service. We were travelling with our two year old son and the hotel thought of everything. We were made to feel very welcome. The location is perfectly placed to walk to all the sites. We used their guide service when we visited the Colosseum and the Vatican. This was great as you can go at your own pace and you jump all the queues. Our guide was very well informed and bought the history to life. We would rate the hotel and our stay 10/10. It really was perfect and we will definitely be going back.

お値段なりのお部屋の広さ、豪華さ、ロケーションの良さ。文句の付け所はない。多少予算をオーバーしていて- も泊まるべき。バスローブでなく浴衣を用意してくれたのは驚き。The room is much wider than my expectation, the interiror is much better also. There is nothing to complain. You have to saty this hotel even if your budget is a little less than the price.

очень дорого для отеля 4*. убирались не очень. обновление расходников в номере - очень плохо. отсутствие завтраков .

деньги на карте заблокировали заранее плюс оплата проживания и того два раза прищлось оплатить. понятно деньги вернуться- но это время!!

Tutto molto bello, in particolare la terrazza con il bar dove puoi preparati da solo il tuo drink.

Un albergo di lusso in centro storico di Roma che non ha un garage ne un servizio di valet per parcheggiare l'auto? Ma andiamo.....

Красивые, дизайнерские аппартаменты, оборудованы всем необходимым для бизнеса и отдыха. Великолепные виды с верхней террасы бара. Теплая, домашняя атмосфера создается прекрасно обученным, дружественным персоналом на всех уровнях. Лучшего для шопинга места расположения придумать невозможно.

Останавливался здесь с 2007 года 6 раз. Пытался вспомнить, что бы мне не понравилось за эти годы. Кроме цен :), вспоминается какая-то незначительная ерунда, которая устранялась персоналом при первом указании на нее.

コンドッティ通りに面し立地は最高。フェラガモスイーツと現地では呼ばれているらしい。ブティックでポート- レートスイーツに宿泊していると言ったら、店員の対応が手のひらを返したように良くなった。部屋も広くてす- ばらしい。部屋にフェラガモのクツの木型が飾られている。おしゃれこの上ない。部屋には食べきれないほどの- フルーツが用意されていた。毎晩お休みの用意にメイドさんがくるが、お休み用のアメニティが毎晩違っていた- 。すべてフェラガモのもので一日目はハンドクリーム二日目はアイクリーム三日目はフェイスマスクであった。- 朝食は希望した時間にルームサービスでお部屋まで運んでくれる。パンもコーヒーもチーズもこの上なくおいし- い。フェラガモ家はこんなふうに朝食を食べているのかしらと想像するほど。ローマに滞在する時は他のホテル- にはもう泊れないと思った。料金は高いが相応であると思った。

die besonders grosse freundlichkeit der mitarbeiter, die hervorragende lage,ein sich zuhausefühlen auf zeit, die hochwertige ausstattung der zimmer, die schöne terrasse(obwohl zur zeit unseres aufenthalts nur für großartige ausblicke zu nutzen)
