Hotelli oli siisti ja palvelu ystävällistä. Lentokentältä oltaisiin haettu mutta noutopaikka jäi meille hieman epäselväksi...kuljetus kentälle oli ilmainen kun sovimme sen etukäteen. Hotellissa oli hyvin parkkitilaa jos tulee autolla. Tosin voi olla vaikea löytää, varsinkin pimeällä.

Liikenteen melua kuului huoneisiin. Aamupala oli niukka mutta kyllä sillä alkuun pääsi.

Huone ok. Pysäköintitilaa oli riittävästi.

Ränsistyneen oloinen pieni hotelli, valokuvat eivät vastaa todellisuutta. Lämmintä vettä ei tullut. Lentokentälle oli ainakin 10 minuuttia, ei 5, kuten luvattiin.

Siisti. Sijainti hankala ja vaati bussin käyttämistä. Vain viiden minuutin matka aikaisin aamulla lentokentälle.

Suihkusta ei tullut kuin kylmää vettä.

They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, do that when booking the hotel. The room was large, breakfast was very simple but it is free. Great hotel for the money. Great view of the mountains in some rooms.

The bathroom light is on a timer and when you take a shower and if you are in there long enough the light goes out. Easy to turn back on since there is no shower curtain or door but you have to go to the door to get it to come back on.

The price was right, the room was clean and the staff went above and beyond to assist me in getting from Bergamo airport to Malpensa airport... on a holiday. Also, It isn't too far from the airport and they will provide a free shuttle to/from airport.

Not many restaurants nearby, it's located in an older, less desirable part of the city, the facilities need to be updated a bit.

The hotel is very clean and the staff extremely helpful.

The fact that the rooms are not air conditioned. This could be a problem in summer days.

There is free pick-up service from airport.

The reception is very kind and speaks good english. Very close to the airport, you will get free pick up if write down your flight info when booking a room.

The man at the reception was very rude and not helpful at all about anything. The hotel is at very bad location also, the noise from the street is unbearable, so you can't get sleep or rest. The hottel should provide free shutle but he was making prolems about that too.

The free service airport-hotel transfer is very useful and comfortable. Clean and tidy room.

Proximity to airport; Fair service as there was no Internet but we got a free ride to the airport. The fact that there was no Internet did not allow us to check in and we had to pay 30 Euro for desk check-in.

The outside of the hotel is very shabby, it looks like an abandoned building. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Given these factors and the fact that it's not centrally located it's not good value at 70euro for a double room.

Very nice hotel and people are very friendly and cooperative. Offered free pick up and drop service to airport. Highly recommended.

The staff was very service-minded. They have an excellent drive-service to the airport . We are very satisfied with the hotel.

It was somehow cheap and close to the airport and the main purpose was to catch a flight in the early morning from the nearby airport

Hot water was not good

The hotel is nice, not far from the Orio ai Serio airport. Friendly staff - they picked us up in the airport at night and give us a lift to the airport in the morning. We had nice room with comfortable bed and big balcony.

Not really good breakfast - just juice, coffee and snacks. But for us it was ok.

It was a very handy place to stay, the night before an early morning flight. We didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on that, but we were offered the chance of an earlier than usual breakfast.

The external appearance was rather off-putting. The front, opening directly onto the pavement of the main road had unsightly graffiti, so the room itself was a pleasant surprise- clean,with a balcony and a large fan.

freindly helpful staff, great service and the airport shuttle was a huge help, near all facilities and we will stay there again
