Nice, clean hotel with the private parking. Friendly staff. It is not modern hotel, some furnitures could have been renewed. |

The hotel was near the citycentrum. And it was very good because we had a 4 years old girl with. The breakfast was not very good. It was dry and booring. |

The room was relatively large with a comfortable bed. The hotel staff spoke some English and were very helpful with check-in and check-out. The hotel is a short walk to center of Bolzano (less than 10 minutes) and was easy to find by car. Parking was free. It is good base for day trips to the mountains or to visit the city of Bolzano. The breakfast was just okay. |

Very clean, and well presented hotel, with modern facilities. Reception staff were the only people I really spoke to, and they were extremely helpful and efficient. Stayed for b&b one night only. Breakfast was only ok, but nothing to fall out with though. My only gripe is I chose the location as the last big town on the way out of Italy - there was far too much Austrian influence in the city, if you are an Italia fan, but you cannot blame the hotel for that. |

Good area, especially if you have a car. 10 minute walk to old town of Bolzano. Staff very friendly. Very clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was standard. |

This hotel was a good price for this area and a great location. A bit away from the busy streets of the old city center which allowed for relaxation. Yet, with the bikes they offer, I could ride the greenbelt along the river and enjoy the mountain access quite easily by buses. A great breakfast made the start of each day easy. My room was very clean, comfortable and enjoyable. |

Il personale da la priorità alla lingua tedesca. L'albergo è strutturato su tre piani serviti da ascensore più un quarto (molto grazioso) raggiungibile solo tramite scale: la cosa deve essere comunicata in fase di prenotazione per le oggetive difficoltà che un cliente può incontrare |

Malheureusement pas grand chose dans cet hôtel situé à 10-15 min à pied du centre historique de Bolzano. Le petit-déjeuner est correct (bien qu'il ait été pris d'assaut avant 9h du matin et que l'approvisionnement en vaisselle et victuailles ait bien du mal à suivre). L'accueil est tout à fait quelconque. Le bâtiment principal de l'hôtel semble au départ sympathique mais il est doté à l'arrière d'une annexe qui est un petit immeuble sans charme (non visible sur les différentes photos du site). Nous avons eu une chambre dans cette hideuse annexe où rien n'est climatisé (ni les chambres, ni les communs). Les chambres sont dotées d'un équipement classique et défraîchi (taches sur les chaises, prospectus dans la pochette de l'hôtel déjà utilisés par d'autres). La chambre ne possède pas de mini-bar, ni de climatisation (et Bolzano est l'une des plus chaudes villes d'Italie en été !) et tout cela pour 145 euros. En conclusion, un très mauvais rapport qualité-prix que je ne conseille pas. |
