The support with suggestions what to do and visit during our day in Napels given by the very friendly Barista in the breakfast room was excellent! The discount at the neighboring Restaurant given to residents in the Hotel is good. Ok Restaurant!

Clean, nice hotel with kind staff, good restaurant next door to the hotel The hotel is very difficult to find, the place is not accesible by car so you have to park a block away and carry your luggage. The neighborhood is not good, it is very close to the train station and we did not like the surroundings

Was very close to the Napoli Centrale Railway Station. Good eateries in close proximity. Quite good value although a little attention to detail ie more than 0.5 of a roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 would have been appreciated. Breakfast was basic but reasonable. Napoli was a shock to the system but very interesting regardless.

Excellent location and extremely friendly and professional hotel staff. Comfort leaves much to be desired, as the beds are wrapped in some kind of plastic under the sheets, making good night rest impossible.

A very clean and safe oasis in a convenient but very dumpy neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. No elevator but all rooms on one floor (up one flight). No ice. No A/C (at least when I was there). The wifi was marginal -- only worked in the lounge area, not in rooms.

Struttura semplice, ma elegante, ben tenuta e ben organizzata. Le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite. La colazione è all'italiana con un buffet sufficientemente ricco. In buona sostanza, ci siamo trovati davvero bene....provare per credere!! La zona è strategica per raggiungere la stazione e la metropolitana in pochi minuti, ma non è degna di nota e la sera non è ben frequentata. E' necessario spostarsi in metro o in taxi per trascorrere le serate in zone più belle e più centrali!

a localização é excelente pra quem precisa pegar o trem/metrô pra ir a outros lugares. funcionários muito gentis e quarto pequeno mas bem arrumadinho. por ser perto da estação a zona é cheia de vendedores te oferecendo produtos pra comprar.

Tipica cordialità e ospitalità campana, molto comodo come posizione Frigo bar vuoto ( manco una bottiglia d'acqua ) e TV da 14" a 4/5 mt dal letto, praticamente invisibile se sprovvisti di binocolo

La camera era davvero accogliente, molto carina! La vicinanza alla stazione centrale.I receptionists davvero molto disponibili. Per essere pignoli, l'unica cosa negativa era l'erogatore della doccia un po'rotto.
