I liked the location, close to the termini and the Archaelogical Museum. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. I also liked the restaurant attached to the hotel and would recommend it highly. |

The location of this hotel is right on Garibaldi Square so it is very convenient for transportation as trains, buses, subway, and taxis are close by. Construction and traffic noise might be bothersome, but my room looking out on the courtyard was quiet enough for a city hotel. Staff is helpful and speak English. |

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Bed comfortable and shower good. Close to train station. Good budget hotel. Room stank of cigarette smoke. |

Close to train station Hair and nail clippings on the floor. Funny smell in the room and the hall. Dodgy neighborhood. Air conditioning was not working in the first room I was given. Internet was not working. |

The staff were extremely polite and very helpful. The room and ensuite bathroom were very clean and well kept. The hotel was thoughtfully decorated and proved a quiet place to head back to in the evening, despite its very central location on a busy square. |

Definitely not a 3 star hotel but handy for the station and despite being sited on a busy square there was no traffic noise. Staff spoke good english and were helpful. The square was very shabby with lots of traders trying to sell shoddy goods. They were quite friendly and not threatening. |

Obviously, as it is typical now, a one-star hotel made three-star, but, on the whole, quite decent. To find the place for anyone with brains no problem. Could be cleaned better. |

ホテルスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで色々質問してもいやな顔もせず、丁寧に調べて教えてくれました。リフ- トが無いのが難点ですが、部屋はこの値段にしては快適だと思います。ホテルフロント階下のレストラン”IR- IS”の１０％Offチケットを要求すればすぐに作ってくれます。IRISは、ごく普通という感じでした。- 駅からも近いので、安く押さえたい向きには良いと思います。 |

Рядом с отелем можно купить пицу за 2,5 евро, а также близкое расположение вокзала улучшить завтрак, нанять еще одного человека для уборки номеров или завтрака, чище мыть пол в номере |

De ligging, vlakbij het station. Alles was correct, niet meer en niet minder. Kamers zagen er verzorgd uit. Ontvangst was weinig informatief, we moesten zelf informeren naar de ontbijttijden en -ruimte. We kregen afstandsbedieningen in onze handen gedrukt zonder enige info. De airco werkte uitstekend, als je eenmaal wist hoe hij werkte...... |

Tres bien situe, a un pas de la gare (donc tres pratique pour se rendre a Pompei et Herculanum, par exemple) et a deux pas de la vieille ville. On a 10% de remise sur le restaurant d'a cote, qui est bon et pas cher aussi. La chambre est correcte et tres propre; en plus il y a la tele puis surtout l'air conditionne, indispensable en ete! |

Плохой отель: запущенный, плохо убран номер, все прокурено. Персонал вялый и угрюмый ( за исключением администартора на ресепшен). При этом совсем недешевый. Поменять менеджмент и обслуживающий персонал. |
