They return my second night payment after I check out after the first night, good manner
Breakfast is very poor. Room quality is vry poor
For March-cold, air conditioners old, could not set it to heat. Hot water was not nearly room temperature.
Located in the center.
I'll hopefully get refund for the second night.
We booked 2 nights, but we left the morning after our arrival. Bed sheets were dirty, hair everywhere, even pet hair on the second bed. The trash bin in the washroom was not empty, we found a used lady tampon instead. We asked for changing room but same story. Really gross.
Because of a pipe explosion there was no hot water when we arrived, and we didn't have it until the morning of check out. No compensation was offered. The breakfast is pretty poor: bread with jam and if you get lucky some croissants (at 9 am they were already gone). Coming back late at night, we had to wait next to the hotel's door and call the receptionist by phone that he let us inside.
The staff was quite friendly, one guy could speak in french
**everything they have - no-English speaking employee - no-Hot water - freaking dirty and old facility - no-wifi - dirty street - scary elevator I'm sure this hostel is worse than whatever you imagine.
I stop using booking service, because if you offer hotel like this, you are very bad. I want say only to persons: don't take this hotel. In room, bathroom, and everywhere is very dirty. Restaurant is full of strange and black places - mean dirty. I don't know who gave 3 stars this hotel, for me it must be close and destroy...
- no hot water - no Internet - no refunds of the money paid for the night (without hot water in the winter!)
Sleep comfort was not good but mAnagement solved this. Breakfast is really poor with old Bread and no choice at All. Showers are not. really clean but was ok for me.
Nice helpfull people at reception, good location, Nice old atmosphere. Price quality is ok, you feel napoli inside hotel
I thought I was on a hidden camera show with the antics of the receptionist. 40 mins to book someone in. awful, depressing hotel. Ive travelled a lot and I wasnt looking for 5 stars and i know what a bed for a night is - this place was one of the worst hotels ive ever seen.
very very little
the bed the staff was creepy the area was not safe the beds were uncomfortable I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy....
Located into very dangerous part of Naples ( Central Train Station Garibaldi), the hotel perfectly fits into atmosphere of surrounding streets overcrowded with immigrants, pickpockets and prostitutes. The lobby was dirty, dark, with odor characterized for an old building that needs serious renovation. Although the linen was clean, the room itself looked very shabby and dirty. Old furniture could not hide the traces of greasy surfaces deposited over time and they could not obviously been removed . The worst point of the room was the bathroom. It was so dirty that I wondered if I risk any kind of fungal-infection. Black deposits of „ something“ discerned in the corners of the shower cubicle. Instead of classic towels it was something that resembles on kitchen shabby rags. Consequently, I used my own towels. The odor of humidity spread everywhere. I felt it even during the night in spite of opening balcony door. After miraculous smell of lemon trees on Sorrento streets, the odor from the Naple's hotel was a terror to my nose. As the city bus doesn't drive to the airport before 6:30 ( I had to be on airport about 5. am) I took a taxi. In this case, the hotel has good service: after you pay 20 euros you get a coupon that you show to taxi driver, so you are free of potentially unpleasant situations with taxi service that tourists are usually faced with.

picture of the room is not real dirty walls
No Tv in the room, as it said. The balcony is not really a balcony. Hot water for a shower only if you are lucky.
The breakfast was quite good with fresh warm Croissants.
The street was quite noisy so light sleepers would not enjoy. Lots of trash on streets.
We loved that there was an excellent restaurant and a cafe across the street. The train station was only a few blocks away. We were aware that this would be I'm old part of city We loved old buildings.
towels were old and had stains; the location is too noisy and the bedrooms are not soundproof, the mattress was very old and in bad state, breakfast too poor.
the slowness of handling/resolving my complaints
location, price, towels,
WiFi only works at reception, breakfast is very poor, room doesn't look at all like on the pictures, room wasn't even ready at 3pm, once we were locked out of the hotel for 15min!!!!!, mattress is extremely old= maybe it will be better in the future since there are renovations going on, but for now it's definitely overpriced and doesn't deserve a 3* rating
Location is alright
Front desk area tattered & dirty. Hallways dark and dirty. Walls in the room were dirty & the ceiling largely water stained. Shower too nasty to use. Poor location, nervous walking in the area,
Air condition didn't work. I called reception and they told me it's not even supposed to work. So I had to sleep with windows wide open, which was noisy. Elevators barely work. Building is shared with other offices and enterprises, so random people may roam around freely.
Location - very close to Garibaldi train station. Bed ok, room clean.
Uncomfortable rooms, bad breakfast.
Aircons did not work and leaked on floor. Toilet did not have seat. Shower was not clean. Towels were ridiculous. Front desk service was non existent. Breakfast was terrible-kitchen staff were screaming at each other throughout breakfast. Inner court yard was filthy.
Bed was ancient, room was terrifying
