Free private parking, fair price and ok breakfast. The hotel is old and not very well maintained. The room was not clean and the shower made a very strange and loud noisy. It's not very close to the city center.

Bien placé cet hôtel est propre et bien tenu. Il dispose d'un parking ce qui est un plus dans Florence. Le prix dont nous avons bénéficié a été un élément décisif.

Nous avons eté trés bien accueilli. Les parties communes de l'hotel sont très jolie. Le petit dejeuner était copieux. Nous conseillons cet hotel. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de demi pension pour le soir. Il faut faire un peu de marche jusqu'a l'hotel.

Le parking privée et gratuit , la chambre est spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain . Propreté irréprochable. Depuis la chambre on entend la chasse d'eau de l'étage du dessus .

Il parcheggio gratuito a disposizione dei clienti, molto positivo soprattutto considerando le difficolta di trovare a Firenze parcheggi gratuiti. Uno stile un po vecchio e un po poco curato, soprattutto delle camere. Non esiste ancora la possibilita di collegarsi ad internet gratuitamente,

L'ampio parcheggio riservato ai clienti e chiuso, la cortesia delle receptionist, la colazione a parte la macchinetta automaticha per le bevande calde che in un 4 stelle non si può sentire, era abbondante, vasto assortimento di brioche, marmellate ecc. Copriletto con presenza di macchie. Rumore fastidioso dell'impianto di riscaldamento e l'acqua calda faceva fatica ad arrivare al 4° piano, la doccia era o bollente o ghiacciata, assolutamente non degno di un 4 stelle. L'hotel non ha a disposizione delle biciclette per I clienti, dovrebbero procurarsele data la distanza dal centro. Effettivamente il centro non è lontanissimo ma per I turisti che oltre ad arrivare in centro devono visitare la città non è il massimo.

Les infrastructures communes dans un beau style renaissance. Surtout l'orangerie pour le petit-déjeuner le matin. Très lumineuse, agréable, plein de style. Attention, ce sont les belles photos du site. Car le reste est très commun. Personnel impeccable. Malheureusement le beau style s'arrête aux espaces communs car dès que l'on passe aux chambres, couloirs, ascenseurs on retombe dans un style sans style et trop commun. La chambre souffre d'un manque de personnalité. Cela fait très hotel pour japonais. Peu ou pas de photos sur les chambres sur le site. On a compris pourquoi. Davantage de quantité que de qualité. Et puis impensable par rapport à tous les autres hotels à Florence : on aura du payer le wifi. C'est peu reluisant. Les 4 étoiles sont galvaudées.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, così come il rapporto qualità/prezzo. La sala colazione è molto carina e il personale alla reception (in special modo Ilaria) si è rivelato essere sempre molto cortese e attento alle nostre esigenze. Il mobilio e in generale l'arredamento avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento.

Il mio unico criterio di scelta è stato la vicinanza allo stadio di Firenze, meta del mio soggiorno e al quale sono potuto arrivare a piedi in un quarto d'ora; di fronte allo stadio c'è la stazione Campo di Marte e da lì ho scelto appositamente di ripartire. Ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo, ma esclusivamente grazie alla mediazione di Booking, senza la quale avrei pagato (come da listino ufficiale dell'hotel) 4 volte di più. E dunque non sarei andato... Sovrastimato. Non vale nel modo più assoluto 4 stelle; sarebbe un dignitoso 3 stelle, anche senza troppe pretese. Struttura arroccata e seminascosta, non bella a vedersi e piuttosto datata. Interni antichi, letto scomodo come raramente m'è capitato di provare; camera piuttosto stretta e dettagli discutibili (la tv era poggiata sul frigo...) Colazione non all'altezza, non solo di un 4 stelle ma di qualunque hotel italiano di livello discreto
